We had some issues with our Class C RV recently. I asked a question on ATL and was referred to Sunset RV Storage. So glad I called! Spoke to Bill and we set up an appointment to have it looked at. Bill and Thomas looked at everything on my list and even checked the roof. Good thing they did since they found a crack! Everything was fixed in time to put it into storage. Even had it winterized. Thank you ATL for the referral. And thank you Bill and Thomas for your kindness and professionalism! We will definitely be back in the spring for de-winterization.

After taking our RV in for service several times at a big service center, the same issues continued to occur when traveling. We decided to try Sunset RV Storage & Service. Making an appt was easy and quick. The owner and mechanic were very nice and listened to our issues. They were able to determine the problems; repair them; and provide a detailed explanation. All at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to take our motor home there in the future.

I have stored my travel trailer there for the last 5-6 years. The facility is a fenced in, secured lot which many storage locations offer. What makes it stand out is the outstanding customer service you get from the owner Bill along with his staff like Thomas his Lead RV technician. On a couple of occasions I have encountered some issues with my trailer as we heading out to go camping. I called them and they were able to see me right away to diagnose and fix my issue. They do good work, prices are reasonable and probably the best thing is not having to wait a month to get your RV serviced like some of the big box Dealers. I would highly recommend them for storage and RV service/repairs.

Weeks before leaving for a trip, we learned that we had a small leak in a pipe from the grey tank. Enter your choice of bad words here. Hubby was hesitant to call the big RV places in the area knowing it would take forever to get the work diagnosed and completed, basically threatening our departure and all reservations. One call to Sunset RV, explained the situation, and we were able to get it in that day. Less than a week later we had the RV back, fixed for a price that made up very happy.

I highly recommend this place. Took our camper there because we had issues. They were honest price was fair. They explained everything they fixed in great detail. I would recommend this place to anyone needing repairs...

This is a great place to store your RV! We had nothing but positive experience with Sunset, especially given that they perform service as well. We had some work performed on our travel trailer, which was mostly very good, but we noticed that one of the new tires appeared low. This was just before closing time on a Friday afternoon, and the service tech stayed late to repair a bad valve stem. Parking RVs there is fairly easy as the spaces are angled. We felt the site was secure, and easy to access as it is close to I-96. The best part, though, was that the team at Sunset was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to return and store an RV there again.

I own a mobile grooming company. One of my units had some electrical issues and I took it to a Rv shop up north. After 2 weeks they told me they found the problem and quoted me a outrages price for parts and labor. I’m no mechanic but the price they quoted sounded ridiculous so I looked for a second opinion. I found Sunset Rv on a google search and thank god I did!!! After explaining to Bill what’s going on he told me to take my truck out of there now!! Shortly after bringing it to Bill and his crew we found out the issue wasn’t what the other shop said, in fact it was a complete different diagnosis. The other shop tried scamming me for big bucks!!! I waited 2 weeks for the other place to look at my unit and to give me a diagnosis. It took bill and his crew less then a day to look at it and to find the issue. Not only was it a complete different diagnosis but the price was just a fraction of what I would of paid with the other shop! I was up and running by the next day!!! I thank God for this place and for Bill and Thomas and the rest of the staff that work here!! They made me feel comfortable from the moment I picked up the phone. My experience with them has been like no other. They are honest and trustworthy and everything you want in a professional business. I had a few other issues arise later on with my water heater and furnace and each time they took care of me and got me back up and running in no time. I will forever bring all my units to this place for maintenance and service work!! They are the best!!
