⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars for Jake at AutoZone (Spring Location!) I recently bought a vehicle and just got my plates, but realized the dealership had used different sets of nuts on the license plate frames. I thought I’d need to buy new frames entirely, but thankfully, Jake at AutoZone saved the day! Jake was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took a look and suggested that I only needed new nuts and bolts (not new frames!), which saved me time and money. I purchased the parts, and to my surprise, he even helped me affix the plates to my car right there. As a woman who doesn’t carry tools around, his willingness to go above and beyond made my whole day. It’s rare to get that kind of service these days. THANK YOU, Jake! I really appreciate your help and awesome attitude. AutoZone is lucky to have you!

Josue and Jamar went above and beyond to help me save money by showing me exactly what I needed to purchase. They even helped me with my car and taught me a few things all without me having to ask.

Today I realize I had a dead battery in my car, the battery was not in your typical spot as it was inside the vehicle… Who knew? Anyway, I headed over to AutoZone and was helped by Roger… He came right out and Installed the battery for me very quickly. I very much appreciate this Quick and kind service! He did also notice that I needed Air in my tires! Very sweet and very kind… I have had wonderful service here in the past… I highly recommend!!!

Car broke down in a parking garage, had to hitch a ride to get here. Roger, the front desk guy, helped me out by finding the best way to solve the problem. My battery had died and was corroded on both terminals, so he allowed me to purchase a jump starter from the store, use it on the car, and allowed me to return it afterward. Overall great service, definitely did not have to do what he did to help me out but he did so anyway. He recharged my battery and reinstalled it himself, and made great conversation in the meantime. Hope to see this guy as a manager here, if he isn’t already. Thanks again.

Absolutely amazing service from Roger! Bought a new battery for a used car I just got, took it to a mechanic immediately after and was told the battery didn't fit properly and I'd need to have it replaced/swapped out. Went back to AutoZone and he checked it out, quickly took the battery out, found the culprit (a spacer the mechanic missed), and got the battery fitting perfectly. Roger was such a lifesaver and explained everything he was doing, so glad I went back and had them take a look!

I love these guys, they are so helpful! My daughters chevy Cruze keep popping up with codes and they take the time to read them and give me a print out and tonight I went to purchase a brake light that was out and Jake took the time to replace it for me and show me how to do it!!!!! These guys go above and beyond….much more helpful than the autozone in Lakewood!

Had some challenges with my headlight. Roger was kind enough to take the time and provide his insight. He was prompt, helpful and kind. Glad to see people out there still valuing the customer. A+
