Ralph has been helping us with our RV for years. And He's helped us transition the RV from a regular motor home. To an actual spa.He's not just a friend. He's family to us and we really appreciate him and his hard work. May God continue to bless him and his family. Thank you so much Ralph.

I damaged the door and frame on my RV. Other shops or body shops would not work on my RV. Sunrise fixed the door, frame and painted the door for a very reasonable price. I t looks and works great. You may have to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but it is worth it.

Rafael (Ralph) is the BEST! We needed help to fix our RV heater in the dead of winter and he worked diligently and thoroughly for 3 days to get ours fixed. He did not overcharge and he went out of his way to help us in a pinch! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!! Amazing!!

Our travel trailer had a major axel and drum issue. We got stranded on the side of a busy road. We made at least 20 phone calls trying to get help. Ralph, at Sunrise RV Repair, was the only person that was helpful. We sent him pictures of the issue and he said he could get the parts and fix our trailer the next day. We took it to Sunrise RV Repair the next day and they were able to fix the issue. Very pleased with their work and appreciated their being so helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Everything that I wanted done... was done. And not just done. But being a novice to the RV field. Ralph and his very congenial employees, took the time to explain everything to me and how it works.And also took the time to let me ask them to explain the whole thing over to me so I could videotape it for reference. Wonderful people. Very very moderately priced. And I had read a couple of reviews we're what they said made absolutely no sense to me... and now after experiencing the visit for repairs at Sunrise RVs... I have to wonder if it could indeed be some sour grapes competitor. I mean these guys are so professional... that there is nothing too big of a request that they cannot fill or too small of a chore that they won't do. I believe some woman made reference to not being able to get ahold of Ralph... well I'll tell you something it's been my experience that when you have the head mechanic at the phone all day you have to wonder who's doing the work. That yard is huge... and it is indeed a treat to even be able to walk around it and gander at some of the unbelievably priceless RVs of the past and the present . My father used to collect very expensive antique cars . And he told me a good sign of a good mechanic is to see what he is working on and if they are of a higher value ... well people just don't trust anybody to something that maybe is their life savings on four wheels . And I can tell you there are some beautiful beautiful pieces being worked on there and you are in very very good company if you have the Good Fortune to have sunrise and Ralph work on your item . That being said my point is if he is at one end of the yard and you call... would you rather interrupt his work... or leave a message and have him call you back. Because he always called me back promptly when I left a message ...always. you shouldn't write reviews that place doubt in people's heads. Especially with a dedicated outfit like sunrise and a guy who is all gold.... Ralph, and all the guys... I'm indebted to you, I love you guys, I am so glad I found you, and I will be back every 6 months for you too Tighten the bolts up and give it the old once-over. I truly feel I have found a home that I trust for my very precious investment... thanks guys see you soon your friend Harry

They couldn't take me in right away. They were booked solid for the next 4 weeks. I believed him; I could see how busy they were out front. But Ralph still took the time to hear my problem, and offered some suggestions. And then he referred me to another mechanic that might be available sooner. That was 15 minutes of his time that I wasn't charged for. Also, the staff were polite and helpful. The guy in the street was directing traffic around the motorhomes, and he made sure I wasn't blocked in anywhere.
