Jose and Diana at the South Alvarado location are amazing! When people do the smallest things for others even if it takes a little bit more effort, is what makes a great customer service rep or manager or owner . I know I just got a car battery changed but I had been having such a rough time lately and I was at my wits end today after trying to be as positive as I could be. Jose came out and changed everything for me and went the extra mile to change my battery on my car when we thought I was going to have to go to the car dealer because newer cars are stupid and hard to deal with AND I probably would have had to pay 10x more for what Jose did in less time and probably way more efficiently. Thanks to Jose and Diana. I appreciate it!

During my visit to the AutoZone store at Comercial, I had one of the worst customer service experiences. I went to purchase parts and provided my information for the account. The manager, José, attended me in an unprofessional manner. When I told him that I did have an account, he responded that by calling the phone number it should appear. I explained that I had been referred, but he insisted that he needed "double verification," showing a lack of knowledge of the rules and proper procedures. His attitude was inappropriate and disrespectful. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this same manager, which leaves a very bad impression of this branch. I request that measures be taken to improve customer service and that the staff receive proper training, as the experience was very unpleasant.

10/10 experience! Abraham was an absolute amazing and knowledgeable man, assisting me with changing my BMW battery! He work hard and didn't stop until it was finished, super respectable and hard working dude! Give him a raise ASAP!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at AutoZone, thanks to Christopher C and Pedro G. They assisted me in diagnosing an issue with my Odyssey performance battery (Part number 75-86-705) that was still under warranty. During the troubleshooting phase, we determined that the battery was no longer functioning. The team provided a free charge for the battery and suggested taking the car to a service center to have the coils checked. Their dedication to customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Christopher C and Pedro G were knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend visiting this AutoZone for all your parts needs. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stands out.

Oscar was super helpful, best employee at any Autozone honestly, he’s super helpful and walked us through the process of adding or removing the AC refrigerant for our car.
