I came on October 17-2025 to my local AutoZone trying to get some coolant, some windshield liquid and a high head light that is broken. A young curly head man was helping two beautiful women and I saw how nice he was to them. He even took the time to talk to them and I got off the car and asked him if he could help me out with a broken head light. He went to see it to my car and came back to the store to find it. I checked out and asked for help to install it. They asked among each other who could help me. Suddenly he just said: "we can’t". I stayed there to request my refund because if they can’t help me I should not spend my money there. I wasn’t a pretty woman to be helped like they did to the previous customers. Suddenly one tattooed skinny young man told me "it’s courtesy that we do it, it’s not our job". Honestly, I didn’t know that because AutoZone has always had great employees who have always helped me without any complain. To my mind, AutoZone always helped because as part of the customer service they are not just sellers but advisors, friends, and a place I could find all I needed for my car. Plus you should always carry courtesy with you and be courteous with everyone not just with who you choose to be. This young tattooed man (Jackson I believe his name is) was mean because in front of everyone he told me "not his job" to help me. So, be treated like nothing go and give this place your business. Literally you’re paying to get humiliated. Sadly I report this complain to the customer service team and they just didn’t care. Good luck! I am sure little by little with this 0 stars customer service this location will continue losing customers.
I know nothing about cars, absolutely nothing. I’ve been to AutoZone stores before and they’ve always been somewhat helpful-until now. It feels like at this location, you need to be a regular, a friend, or look like a car person. I don’t. I don’t know much about cars, as I said. I had a couple of questions, but the answer I got was completely off-base, like they were just trying to brush me off. It makes me want to return everything I bought and go somewhere else. I’ll even drive thirty minutes away for better customer service and someone who actually helps instead of rushing me out. As someone who used to manage people in customer facing roles, this was the worst service I’ve ever gotten. I’d rather have someone cussing me out than being arrogant and dismissive while clearly wanting me gone. I’m returning the stuff I bought today, and honestly, I might never step foot in an AutoZone again, definitely not this one. If you don’t like dealing with customers, don’t work the front counter. I had staff like that and I’d always pull them off the floor. People notice.
I was in need of a new battery for my 2009 Toyota Camry. I called ahead to AutoZone and they told me they had them in stock, the price ranges, and that I could come in for an installation without an appointment. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from the person on the phone, to the gentleman who helped me find which battery I needed in store, to another employee that gave me tips about battery installation for my specific car. Special shoutout to Rodrigo who checked me out and installed the battery super fast in the parking lot. He was really nice and gave me guidance on what to if so ran into issues. Highly recommend the team at this Auto Zone. They’re really kind and knowledgeable. Thanks y’all!
This is the AutoZone closest to my neighborhood and I have had a few car issues in the past year or so and every time, Jackson Romero is my guy. He's always so efficient in what he does and it's clear he loves doing what he does. Alot of things are different now when it comes to customer service and I can tell the difference in AutoZone's employee policies and how they have shifted to serve AutoZone more than the convenience of the customer who is likely coming to them in a deep need for a problem on their car which is essential to their everyday life. Jackson is the exception to these changes and is able to bridge that gap we as customers feel while still upholding his promise to the company. I hope any and every time I need to visit AutoZone, Jackson is there.
Calvin P. from this AutoZone branch was an absolute lifesaver today! My car battery died and after two attempts I was unable to jump it. So I walked to AutoZone bought a new battery and Calvin drove me back to my car to change out the battery for me so I didn’t have to get a car tow. Incredible customer service x1000 I’ve never been so grateful. Thank you, Calvin!
Jackson helped me a ton with my headlight issues and the whole crew helped me troubleshoot. Great staff and thanks again to Jackson for going the extra mile. This is my store now as long as I’m in LA.
I come up to the counter to pay, there is a costumer with the attendant. I stand there for several minutes, both keep talking apparently about a part. After 6/7 minutes of wait I asked, is there someone else to take care of me? I need to pay for my item. The attendant goes, no there isn't; you can wait. I walked out without purchasing anything. So disrespectful. Never going back to Autozone.
