CubeSmart Self Storage

I’ve had a positive experience with this company. Brendan helped me with a swift move in on the hottest day of the year! Luckily the facility besides being clean is comfortably climate control. My unit is spacious and possibly larger than I need but I’m able to get a smaller or larger unit if needed. The company has an almost aggressive customer service. Calls, texts, emails —all to make sure you’re having a Good experience. I’m fine with more rather than less! My only suggestion is to possibly install a bathroom code lock for easy access vs having to bother the staff to open it which I had to do twice when it inadvertently locked. Sorry guys! Or maybe just a key attached to something. Other than this everything is first rate.

We were sad to leave our space after nearly 15 years at that location! However, Brandon was a great help and always available when needed! He was the only employee there who went above and beyond for us. Thanks, Brandon!

CubeSmart has been great! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is always clean and secure. The process to rent a unit was fast and easy. I feel confident storing my things here — highly recommend!

Just moved to SM from Austin TX. The Cube Smart here is so well managed. Cylis is extremely helpful and courteous. Clean, secure, and a well maintained facility.

Reasonable prices, easy and secure access, and store management is easy to work with and very helpful. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Brandon and Cyrus are one of those people who are so hard worker, smart, and helpful in CubeSmart storage. They are worthy to be promoted and raised of salary.
