Price Self Storage

I can't praise this location any higher. Not only is it one of the most accessible and easy to navigate storage facilities around, the staff are all round incredible. I have now had the pleasure of being helped by Toni, Joseph and Jasmine and without fail, EVERY time, every single one of them have been so kind, personable, helpful and accommodating. The team all round has a very "customer first" approach, and it's not just with me, I have seen them treat every customer with the same level of attention and warmth. I had been choosing between this space and another very close by and it was the team that swayed me here. Each of them have gone out of their way at different points to go above and beyond for me since joining, and I have only been here a week!! I truly believe the customer service team make or break a business, and this facility is in very safe hands with them.

I'm a new customer to this storage location and after speaking with Marquis, I decided to become a rental customer because he was very detailed about the entire property and the process to become a storage renter. His demeanor was very professional and respectful towards my wife and I the entire time. (Reminded me of old school customer service used to be about) If anyone is looking for a VERY CLEAN property with a professional staff, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PRICE SELF STORAGE

I’ve been using Price Self Storage for work for a while now, and every time I go, the experience is great. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and super helpful. It makes a big difference to feel taken care of when you’re in and out of storage often. The facility itself is always in excellent condition, with clean restrooms, well-maintained areas, and everything always kept up. Plus, the location is super convenient for me since it’s close to home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable, clean, and well-run storage!

Jasmine made my checkin super easy , office and facility is very well maintained. Her customer service is great! The restroom was super clean and stocked , which is hard to find in public places. The secured access makes me feel safer. Great job!

Definitely the best storage solution for Palms/West LA. The rental process was easy and they let me see and take pictures of the space before signing anything so I could get a feel for how much storage space I needed. The additional benefit was locking in a promotional price. It’s clean, secure, and the staff is friendly, especially Toni!

Joseph gave incredible customer service. He showed us the unit, went over all important details very clearly, and was super kind and helpful. We are so glad we got a unit here, his customer service really made us decide in getting a unit here.

Toni was so helpful with everything! She made our move out process so smooth and she’s got the greatest attitude! Sorry that we won’t be seeing her now that we’re moving out of state. Thanks Toni!
