I love this place. It’s so much better than navigating the big box store circus that is Home Depot.

Don't know if I'm in the Twilight zone or in a hardware store because this place is never opened at least when I come by it's not open.. I don't understand they don't want to make money?????

Forget Home Depot. I went to Home Depot for key copies. You have to wait around and hope to find the guy who knows how to use the machine. Usually that guy isn't around so you have to wait for him to be summoned. They make you copies, barely pay attention, and tell you (silently) to get lost. This doesn't count the time you need to waste to come back when you realize half the copies don't work. Tritch is vastly different. The staff here are on it. They're happy to make you copies even though they're being pulled in 20 directions. Best of all, the copies all worked perfectly and it was all cheaper per key than the aforementioned debacle. While I didn't necessarily buy anything else, these guys know their stuff. They counseled other customers on everything from refurbishing furniture to snaking a pipe of dubious length. Will be back when I have more intense needs.

Good neighborhood hardware store! I just don't like how they hover...thinking I will be stealing something. Guess it comes with the territory (L.A. City).. but I dont steal! Anyway, Ggl has them open Sat until 530, but 500pm..and they are locked up and dark. Maybe, they close at 4pm now (???).

Shabby run down, half stocked hardware store in a great location. Don't waste your time because they probably will not have what you need.

I love a local hardware store and Tritch's did not disappoint! Just needed a few random things for my new apartment and the guys here were able to point me to the right place for everything I needed. Prices were reasonable, staff was amazing. I strongly recommend that you make this your neighborhood hardware store.

This is the greatest family own hardware store in Eagle Rock! Most of us all grew up together in the neighborhood. I love to give them my business as much as I can. Very helpful and very friendly. I have found stuff there to complete my jobs most .Always!Love you guys and praying for Jeff Tritch!
