I went to this auto advance just by accident because I was trying to go to Chick-fil-A lol and I needed to get some screws to put on my license plate in the front Dave was so helpful from the time I walked in the store until I left I wish there was more people like Dave to give the best customer service that he gave to me

Our back window wiper was in disrepair. Stopped to get a new wiper and the arm fell off. The associate located a wiper arm. Do to time leaving for vacation, I drove to their hub to get replacement. Returned to the store in Crestwood where the gentleman i stalled both the arm and wiper and sent me on my merry way. I appreciate the trouble expelled getting our Escape repaired. Thank you!

I’ve had two employees actually very literally challenge me to a fight in the store on two separate occasions. This is not made up. In the first instance, the guy told me to leave because I didn’t know an exact part number. Today with a different employee, he told me to have my son put a C clamp back on the shelf because "he didn’t wanna have to do it". I told him I didn’t want the part anymore and I’m leaving and he waved me out the door and his manager had to tell him to stop and go in the back. He did so, but then he turned around and came back again, and she had physically to stand in front of him and repeat "go in the back go in the back." Because he was headed in my direction to physically challenge me. The manager Janine, who was the manager the last time this happened to me, watched every single second of this . But just like last time when I called her, she says "I don’t know where this went left". I explained to her that it went left when she asked me to have my son put something back, but that just doesn’t seem to register in her mind because she’s not ready to have any accountability. I told the manager she has crazy people working in the store and left . Keeland is his name. Young guy walking directly up to me looking me in the eye, the manager Jeanine had to physically step in front of him and stop him and tell him to go back. Fighting staff in this store.

I go when I order a part expect to wait 3 days and then an additional two just to find out when I go to pick it up it's not even the part that I ordered the store ordered the correct part but the warehouse did not ship out the correct one

This location is awesome. I've been in 3 times. They are always friendly and helpful. They don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. They listen to your specific needs and what you're trying to accomplish, then get you the correct parts at a good price. I drive past 3 other car parts places just to go to this location. Keep up the good work.

These guys took great care of me! Got me a new battery (covered under warranty), cleaned off the corrosion and installed, no problem. Highly recommend for great customer service.

Reasonably priced but they no longer will help install the parts you buy there like they did the prior time I bought a cabin filter. Upon walking in, I saw zero employees. Even called out once to no answer. Someone from the back eventually came out and helped me.
