All My Sons Moving & Storage

This place is just horrible. They showed up at like 9 am at 6:30 pm they was still unloading the truck, making a big deal with the 3 rd floor apartment when I gave them the address from the start so they knew it. Keep in mine there was no washer and dryer and no sofa that had to be moved since we sold it. Showed up with an out of shape new employee who couldn’t do anything… the other two guys was great! I took out the insurance…Which DO NOT PAY for that. They broke our 65 inch tv, an end table, shelves and a lot of Halloween stuff that can’t be replaced..they offered me 305 dollars to replace it. It doesn’t even replace the end table and shelf later on the T.V. If you accept you can’t leave a review. I’ve sent multiple emails expressing my dissatisfaction with the offer and have not once been responded to. We moved in July, it’s now November. Stay far far far away from this company..

Worst experience ever...please don't use them. I had so many issues I really don't know where to start. I had a cross country move and I understand they can be complex so I was expecting some challenges but this was massive issues throughout the move. We did our initial estimate through facetime with the estimator and he sent the quote including packing services. We over estimated what we would be bringing and he said we would fill up 3/4 of the truck but because it was cross country, we would have access to the entire truck. We did our initial estimate 3 months ahead of our move and throughout those 3 months we sold a decent amount of our belongings and also did some packing ourselves. I kept asking the original estimator if he wanted to send someone to do an onsite meeting to make sure we were good and he insisted he estimated correctly. When the day of the move came, they brought one 26' box truck and couldn't fit all of our belongings in the truck. They also said they had no other trucks available and there was nothing they could do. I had one day to get out of the house we had sold so I had to call another moving company for a rush cross country move which obviously was very expensive. After this, I filed a negative review and corporate called me and offered me a slight refund for the inconvenience. I felt it was fair and accepted. We had a move in date scheduled for our things which was saturday at 8am. 8am came and went, I kept calling for updates which I was told the crew was on their way...only to find out later that they had been over weight and had to unpack a good amount of our things before actually driving. No one told us this until later Saturday night so we were waiting around with a group of friends to help unload our things. They should have just told us they wouldn't be able to deliver that day. They ended up rescheduling for Sunday...Sunday was again supposed to start early but didn't start until middle of the afternoon and they send 2 people to move most of our house in. They didn't put any floor runners in or any padding on the doors and they initially started taking hand carts up wood floors which led to damages of the flooring. We asked them to take boxes upstairs by hand and they agreed. Next came the damage to our things...we paid for packing services and nothing was packed appropriately. My Jura espresso maker was packed on the bottom of a wardrobe box with heavy loose pots and pans on top of it, glasses and dishes were packed together without individual wrapping on them, kitchen knives weren't packed with anything, my 86" tv had no bubble wrap, padding or anything covering it besides cardboard and damage was extensive including the TV. It ended up taking 3 different trips to deliver all of our things due to them forgetting things and not remembering what we had. This company is extremely bad and I would recommend anyone to stay away from them.

Brandon J, Brandon H, and Brian were so amazing during our move. They moved everything with great care, professionalism and joyful spirits. We are so thankful to them for making our move go as smoothly as possible.

I’m not telling anyone to not hire these guys but I know I won’t again! They worked fast and did a good job moving my items. But did not respect my home. My dogs water was spilled, no one told me and they walked right through it. Scratched my new flooring (I was only told about the floor because one worker called out the other), then when moving my couch, they knocked a wood panel off my fence and didn’t tell anyone! Paid extra for insurance, but, I was still charged even more for them to wrap up items I did not ask to be wrapped! Overall, what I paid versus what I got, they definitely overcharge.

Used a pod because we needed storage while we build. Justin Perkins and Brandon Jackson supplied the muscle to load our pod perfectly. Not sure how they fit a 3 bedroom house into a 16ft pod, but they did. Very professional and very detailed in wrapping and protecting our furniture.

I can’t say enough good things about All My Sons Moving — especially Shamar Hines, Nevaeh King, and Devonte McTier. From the moment they arrived, they brought such great energy and professionalism. They treated my belongings with so much care and respect, like it was their own home they were moving. What really stood out was how kind and patient they were throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but this crew made it feel easy. They communicated well, worked so hard without a single complaint, and even made me laugh a few times along the way. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Shamar, Nevaeh, and Devonte turned what could’ve been a long, stressful day into a smooth and even enjoyable experience.
