If you see this driver on the road beware. Stay clear of this van. This driver out of no where flew up on our bumper. He tailgated us a good distance on the highway when we was heading the Louisville Nationals. Then he went around us and kept doing that to every car he got behind. Zig zagging down the highway. I called into his company but I seriously doubt anything was done about it. Like I told his company this guy is going to kill someone driving like he was. There is no reason what so ever to drive like that. He is in a company vehicle he should act like it. I do regret not getting video of him acting a fool and putting lives in danger. If I was the owner of this company I would secretly follow these drivers just to see driving habits. Specially driver 623. (I had to use my zoom to get his truck number and company telephone number and I was the passenger not the driver in my vehicle) Looking at other reviews this seems to be the norm for this company. If a Kentucky State Trooper or police read this please keep an eye out for this company on the road. I'm going to see if I can forward all these reports on their driver's to local and state police. That way there is more eyes on the road for these crazy drivers that have no regard for lives on the road. Seems like the company needs to install dash cams so they can see the driver's behavior on the road. Plus gps with speed and braking notifications that goes to their field manager. Reward those that do good and punish or let go of those that just have no regard for human lives. Speed, zig zagging in and out of traffic, racing up on bumpers, acting like he was going to go into other people's lanes with them in it... Etc. He had plenty of space to go around us but chose to stay on our bumper for a distance. Then got right in front of us then zoom onto the next car. Repeat. He even cut off a semi just to get off the exit.

Called these guys @ 9:00 AM to have them assist me on a large Air Vent that’s having issues, causing smoke to be in the air, I stressed that I needed some assistance today & if they couldn’t make it out today, I’d keep calling other companies. VP of sales called me & said they would be out to take a look today, no problem. I called them back 6 hours later as they had not shown up, and he starts talking about how large of a company they are, they have 500 trucks on the road, and a whole mess of stuff that had nothing to do with them coming out & then tells me to find someone else because they are not interested in getting involved. Should have just said that from the start, would have been no problem. Now I have a client angry at me for not following through with getting answers to the issue like I said I would.

This ain't Nascar so why are you acting like you're in a competition, driving dangerously in a company truck? Whoever was behind the wheel of this truck needs to be dethroned from it. The person kept impatiently jumping in one lane to another on cars without putting on their blinkers. The person swerved in front of me a few times, causing me to get on my brakes multiple times and then he would randomly speed off. I got so tired of the reckless behavior I decided to get the info. on the truck. Truck #489 last four tag number looked like I636 or G It was hard to catch up with this fool to get everything and try to avoid getting a ticket at the same time. I was going at least 83-87 to get their info and still couldn't get close at times so they were speeding well over 90. This company needs to do better.

Nearly caused several accidents today 127 through Danville, reckless driving, speeding, cutting off other vehicles and tailgating which you can see even in this picture while stopped at the stoplight. Notified the police (who had already received multiple calls) and company, who told me to drive safe and be careful smh. Looking at your past reviews this seems to be an issue with your employees driving recklessly.

Very professional and extremely good at what they do. I would recommend Alpha to anyone looking for a good reliable honest company to work for. I can not speak to their quality of work personally but any company that treats their employees as well as they do definitely has a good strong team working for them.

Their HVAC tech Brady Schuh did a great job, called as he was on his way over, followed up with a phone call, and communicated in a way I could understand. A true professional.

Alpha was great they sent a guy out same day. Very helpful. Jared B. was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. 10/10
