Made an appointment to have a brand new iPhone 16 looked at. Battery completely died, phone shut off, would not charge. No damage through anything we did. Arrive at appt and are told we can’t help you without IMEI # for the phone. Ok fine my husband goes across the street to ATT and gets the info. Comes back has to wait in long line again to be told he needs a receipt and original proof of purchase of the phone. Getting a bit ridiculous, but ok goes back across the street to ATT again spends an hour with extremely kind ATT employee who went above and beyond trying to find a way to provide original purchase info. Come back wait in Line again to be told sorry we aren’t going to be able to help you today we are too busy with other repairs. My husband asked for a manager and told them this was unacceptable this is a brand new phone malfunctioning through no fault of ours, just replace it. They said sorry we can’t do that you will have to come back tomorrow. Spent 5 hrs on an issue that ended up being a battery problem, that is solely apples issue with no respect given to our time or their responsibility as manufacturer. They were dismissive and seemed not to care or respect our time. The whole experience was pathetic from start to finish. Disgusting Apple, SO MANY PEOPLE including us give you are hard earned money for your products and this is how how you treat your repeat customers, DO BETTER!!

This is a great Apple Store. Haven’t had any issues here. Just make an appointment for any tech support needed in advance. Don’t expect to be seen by just walking in. This is the only Apple Store in Louisville, so it will always be busy. All of the Specialists are really helpful, I usually get over-asked when I’m shopping, if I need any help. Better to have more than less!

I was told my screen was non repairable and was talked into buying a new phone. I was able to go to a repair store and my screen was fixed within 20 minutes and works perfectly fine. Really frustrating bc it would’ve been nice to have the genuine Apple part. Wasted time having to come back and return the new phone as well. At least most of the employees were really nice.

I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Damien at this Apple Store. He was extremely aggressive and pushy about my trade-in, even canceling my order without my consent. I explained multiple times that I had 14 days and hadn’t even received my new phone yet, but instead of respecting that, he followed me around the store insisting I had to hand over my current phone immediately. His behavior was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and not what I expect from Apple. Customers should be treated with respect and given space to make informed decisions—not pressured or intimidated.

Absolutely incompetent staff. They act as if being an Apple employee gives them the right to be condescending and rude. I had numerous problems with my phone from the charging port to dropping it and breaking front and rear glass. I checked into my appointment and was told to have a seat. After 20 minutes someone came up and asked if I checked into to which I said yes. Turns out the person at the door cancelled my appointment instead of checking me in. At first the person helping me was going to replace my phone since have apple care + and even quoted me for my deductible and then another staff member said we repair we don’t replace! I truly wish there was another option for iPhone users that need repairs
