Awesome experience at the local AutoZone today. My battery needed to be tested and was bad. I got a good deal on a 3 year warranty battery and they even replaced my old one for free. Gary S. was very kind and did a great job of taking care of my battery needs. Highly recommend the Stony Brook location to anyone needing to have their battery tested. I was back in the road in no time!

Gary helped me so so so much with a battery issue! In a wild situation he made everything work out and we appreciate it like crazy! I will definitely be coming back to this location for future needs.

If I could give more stars I would. When I say the best customer service of any Auto Zone or other Auto parts store in Louisville KY. From the management on duty today around 330p to all the staff that assisted in getting my car repaired & battery replaced. It was 93 plus degrees outside and they never once complained. My elderly Mother was with me and they even helped accommodate in getting her inside with her wheelchair. Big ups to all the guys at this location especially Alex that went that extra mile. I definitely will be back whenever i need any auto parts. I can’t express how grateful i am for the excellent service i received today. Thank you AZ @ Stony Brook!!

I didn't go to AutoZone lately, but I don't go to this one when I need any auto parts. The employees are friendly and helpful. They also are well stocked.

Possibly the worst autozone around. I've had a lot of trouble out of them over the years. Keep going back for the convenience every few years of it being right around the corner. From hanging up on me when asking about parts warranties, arguing about warranties that are in their system as active (that other stores directed me to exchange there), and now today hanging up on me for the most basic questions. So glad they're putting an Advance auto even closer to me.

Kudos to the young gentleman who was able to figure out how to get my BMW fob open to change the battery!!!

This place was great and I want to acknowledge a specific employee Mr. Alexander Jones. This man went above and beyond and helped me repair my car out in the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this place just because of him. Thank you so much Alexandra for all your help.!!!
