Custom Bytes

Thanks to Brad and the guys at Custom Bytes for this clean build. Brad took an extended amount of time to answer all of my general and technical questions. The pc was completely updated and good to go off the floor, and has been running great, maintaining very low cpu and gpu temperatures under ultra/high settings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an aesthetic build that also delivers great performance.

I’ve been doing business with Custom Bytes since the days when they sold flat-screen TVs. I purchased two TVs from them before they stopped carrying them, and both were in excellent condition—the second one was an upgrade because I was so satisfied with the first. Since then, I’ve purchased two computers from Custom Bytes. The first one eventually reached the upper limits of its performance, and when it could no longer be upgraded, I decided to buy my second computer from them. That turned out to be an excellent choice for my needs. When Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025, I returned to Custom Bytes once again for advice. As always, they were knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about-face my options. Their service has been consistently reliable over the years, and I appreciate their straightforward approach and commitment to quality.

Needed a tower. Better built than big box stores. Custom Bytes listened to what I described to them. They took a new built tower, installed the components I requested. In and out in 35 minutes. Great inventory. Great service. Custom Bytes. Do it!

Bought a desktop pc and a monitor from the nice guys at Custom Bytes back in January. It’s held up amazingly still processing like the day I bought it. All the wiring is super clean and all the hardware works perfect together to make my pc a beast. 10/10 am going to shop here again soon!

My first attempt at repairing a defective Microsoft surface pro was with the geek squad. However, They wouldn’t look at it because I didn’t buy it from them. But they did recommend Custom Bytes which must tell you something. And I was pleased they did. Turns out I had a defective battery which was in the process of expanding/exploding thereby warping the monitor and making it ineffective. So I needed a new battery and monitor and the cost was Surprisingly Affordable. I really didn’t want to buy a new computer, but was prepared for that possibility. It also Turns out, I had a defective surge protector, which was probably the initial Problem to begin with. So I was more than happy to purchase a battery powered back up from them as a Surge protector replacement which was also very reasonably priced. So I would highly recommend Custom Bytes for their diagnostic and repair abilities. I couldn’t have been more pleased and it’s always nice to have another good choice. And I expect I will look to them first for Purchasing my next computer.
