In today’s world, a new bike is a pretty big investment. Fortunately for me, I went to CycleSmith’s to make that investment. I now have exactly the bike I’ve always wanted, with all of the accessories I’ve always wanted. Rick wasn’t high-pressure about anything, he simply educated me. He patiently answered all of my questions…and I had a lot! My perfect bike has the perfect hand grips, the perfect bike seat, the perfect kick stand, the perfect bottle cage, and the absolutely perfect water bottle for me! Built my dream bike and set up my dream race! Leadville: Rick with Cyclesmith’s was *awesome* in providing pro level service setting up my bike along with upgrades for me to finish the Leadville 100 mtb race, a dream / bucket race. In that race - where it feels like every athlete is at their limit, and even a simple mechanical could end your day - my bike worked perfectly all day. Rick and the team set me up for success with new wheels and suspension. Dream Bike: Then, after being a triathlete for 23 years, Rick helped secure me my dream bike! He was active in helping me secure an order since the bike is so limited, built it up with an aftermarket cockpit, and dialed in the fit with a dynamic bike fit. I could not be more grateful. As a husband, Dad and someone very busy in my career, but very passionate about triathlon and cycling, I have a lot of reassurance knowing that I have such a thoughtful team in my corner. Highly recommended, not just if you want service or a specific bike, but want a relationship with the shop and really personalized care.

Love this bike shop. I have been here a few times over the last couple years, mostly for routine maintenance and some minor repairs, and have never received anything short of 5 star service. They are super attentive and complete work in a timely manner; so you're not waiting around for weeks on something pretty basic. They have even squeezed me in late for a same day repair after another one of my minor cycling misadventures. While I did not get my current bike there, I can tell where I am buying my next one. Rick is awesome.

Just purchased my second bike from Cyclesmiths and very pleased with the selection, advice, service and prompt response and turnaround time. Straightforward info and advice and no BS. Wide selection of bikes, parts and accessories from the really high end tech to the entry level affordable. I really like doing business with this shop.

I needed to get my severely neglected bike tuned up before a big trip and Rick was able to give my bike the TONS of tweaks it needed to get it riding super smooth again. Great service and quick turnaround. Highly recommend!

My Bob stroller had a flat, called around and cyclesmiths told me to bring it in. After looking at it, decided for right now all the tires just needed to be inflated. They also said if it happens again and the inner tube needed to be replaced they would be able to help me out with it! Appreciate the help 🙂
