I am very impressed at how clean the grounds and facility are. This place is awesome! Jake was very friendly and knowledgeable about the storage facility. He answered any questions or concerns I had. He put my mind at ease, because I have rented units at some very bad places before. If your looking for a unit, I would definitely suggest go store it on gold Smith lane. Jake is the best!
Jacob was incredible. His positive energy and attention to detail made the whole process effortless. He covered every question before I could even ask, and his personality was the reason I chose to rent here. You can tell he truly cares about helping people. A total standout experience!
Jake (from State Farm) was great. He took care of everything and made it easy. He was also helping another (slightly older) lady while I was there and she was also clearly appreciating his service. The storage facility is clean and easy to access. It’s well lit and well secured. It’s weird to admit I like a storage facility, but I really do like this place.
Very clean and nice units. It is very convenient to my house and has really come in handy to store my mother’s things until we can find space for them. Customer service has been wonderful!
