Easily the best by a lot. I have 30+ smart devices connected at all times plus a couple PCs and TVs, there has never been buffering and best of all I have yet to have service completely fail and it’s been 4 years not to mention zero price increases. This is what you should get out of an internet provider they really are A++.

I had been going back and forth between Spectrum and AT&T for several years before hearing about IgLou. I will NEVER go back (although this is AT&T service which works great). The customer service is amazing. I've only had a couple of things I needed to call about but each time I call the phone rings and an actual person answers the phone. No recordings - a real, live person in Louisville, KY answers the phone. Also, they don't play games with their billing - it may be a little higher than some of the 'deals' from other companies but it's worth it because it's consistent and I've never gotten an unexpected charge like I did with other companies. When I first ordered service they recommended I buy a couple of additional pieces of equipment (not through them - to purchase on my own) so our internet would work better. I've not had a problem with anything in almost two years.

I left Spectrum because of the constantly increasing bill. They told me point blank that the game is that I should call in periodically and threaten to cancel in order to knock it back down. I don't have time for games. Iglou has been hassle free. One dependable monthly price that has stayed the same for years now with no contract. The one time I contacted support about a problem (not their fault) their local support was quick and responsive and didn't waste my time running me through a script. I couldn't ask for more. Simple is better. Don't change anything Iglou!

This is THE BEST option for residential fiber internet. No price hikes and no having to deal with AT&T customer service. Iglou's customer support is top notch as well!

I have had IgLou for more than a year, and I am absolutely thrilled with their service. The product itself is outstanding -- I have had no issues with service which is always very close to the theoretical gig synchronous maximum. The one time I had to call customer service, my call was quickly answered by a friendly, intelligent professional who immediately solved my problem. There have been no billing surprises, and there is no modem rental fee. I am very pleased.

I've had gigabit fiber service thru IgLou for over a year. I've been very pleased with the bandwidth and their responsive service, and the price is competitive. The only con so far seems to be the inability to connect network-attached storage directly to the fiber modem. I was able to work around this, but it would have been easier to plug it directly into the modem/router. All in all, I've been very happy with the speed and reliability of service, and technical support was easy to reach and quick to respond.

These guys are great. I have experienced greater than 99% uptime since installation, in fact, I can't remember any interruption at all. I have only called the service desk once and they solved my problem in minutes. I heartily recommend IgLou to all who desire reliable service and speedy troubleshooting. Oh, the router they supplied is superior to the one it replaced - no dead spots anywhere and signal reaches my detached garage! Outstanding!
