I thought the reviews were exaggerated, but no! This place is really bad! I had a 15:00/3pm pickup, got checked in around 14:50/ 2:50pm. Was given a door immediately, but they didn't start loading me until 17:00/5pm. They got done around 19:30/7:30pm. Went to get my paperwork, both people working on the desks went on break, and didn't return until 20/8pm. I'm just now about to leave, and it's 20:15/8:15pm. Over 5 hours later!

Had an appointment for 7pm. I arrived at 530pm. I was empty and signed bills in hand at 630pm. As of now they don't have overnight parking. Their parking lot is under construction. That's the reason. 09/29/25

Don't be late at this place I showed up at 12:25 for a 12:00 appointment, they didn't charge me because I was inside the 30 minutes but as of right now it's 9:00 in the evening and still not loaded, so far 8 1/2 hours waiting. I have been in there and told them I am going to be late for my delivery, obviously they don't care as I'm still just sitting. This waiting time is absolutely pathetic.update. just got loaded it's now 01.30 Saturday morning,13 hours. Ridiculous.

Took a while to get loaded. Not many trucks in line. took maybe about 3 hours or more. But there's snack room and restroom.

Delivered here couple of times, overnight parking available, but not available on weekends. Fast unloading time. Check in Guy was nice.

I love the audacity of a place that charges you if you're late but yet they don't even start unloading you until 2 hours after your appointment. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment and I was there for a total of 5 1/2 hours. The fat a** cow in office is very rude.
