Great company! Kept me update with scheduling, arrived on time. The guys that work in the attic are incredible. Very hot, dirty job. They kept the house really clean, and went above and beyond to do the job right. Sales staff was excellent as well. Explained well, kept me inform, and want things to go perfect as well. I wound recommend them to anyone.

First class service from start to finish. From the initial contact with the company, to the onsite meeting with Gavin Shook, to the two crews that came out, it was a great experience. They arrived right at 8:30am both days like scheduled, and the did a great job communicating with me what was happening. They put plastic on everything to protect it and cleaned everything spotless when they left each day. I wish every service company executed like these guys do.

I want to say this whole process was amazing from getting sales guy to come give me an estimate. Very thorough. Made me feel confident in them. When I got the estimate I was like in disbelief that it was reasonable price. Workers came. They immediately put tarp on my driveway to protect it before putting the truck on there. They put tarp and cardboard all over everything in the house to help protect floors and walls and household items. They all worked hard and was very polite. They asked me to look up in the attic to see how it looks. I was very pleased. I feel a big difference already my unit is not running as much and it's at temperature supervisor came around to look. Was also very knowledgeable. I would recommend this to everyone

What a great professional company and wonderful experience. We had looked for months to find a spray foam insulation company to insulate our forever home. We stumbled on Louisville Spray Insulation company are so happy we did. when we called we were told we were a little just outside their normal service area but they agreed to come give us a quote. Not only were they reasonable on the price but entire process from start to finish was first class. After I called to inquire about insulation, I quickly scheduled an appointment for an appraisal. The salesperson assessed my house from the outside and examined both the basement and the attic. He explained the plan for the installation and provided a cost estimate. I then made an appointment for the insulation installation. The crew arrived five minutes early. The lead technician introduced himself and his team, giving an overview of what they would be doing. I directed them to enter through the back door to access the attic hatch in the hallway. They covered the walls, floor, and door openings with plastic to contain the mess. A step ladder was set up, and two crew members installed the vents. Aside from one team member conversing with another in the attic periodically, you wouldn't have known they were there. After the installation, the crew member in the attic showed me how the attic looked with the new insulation. The attic now looked as if it were covered in snow. He removed the plastic, and then they left. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of insulation and would rate them a perfect 10.
