Houston helped me pick a bike!! Seen one on marketplace and he went above and beyond helping me with seat, rims, tires, etc..... Trying 3 different bikes. Thanks Houston.... You earned a future customer.....

Brought an almost new child’s bike in for evaluation around 5 pm 9/4/25. Tall man with dark hair was abrupt, and rude saying chain guard was the issue. When I tried to explain it was not the only issue he got even more agitated. Finally got him to take it back to the repair person (who was very nice) who explained what else was wrong and advised me. If I didn’t have a broken hearted 4 year old with me I would have confronted this man about his attitude and his customer service skills. I’ve always had great experiences with this shop but yesterday was not one of them.

We came in with a new electric bike that had flat tire and needed a new tube. Daniel helped us immediately—super friendly and efficient. He had the bike fixed and ready to go in under 15 minutes, and the whole thing cost less than $50. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend!

On a whim, decided I needed a new bike and spent an entire day browsing through several Scheller’s and other bike shops all around Louisville. Middletown Cycling was my last stop and felt defeated that I wasn’t able to find a good hybrid bike for myself. Immediately, I was greet by the owner, Ross who showed me several bikes that fit my needs (including budget) and even let me test-ride them all. Ross made the process of buying a bike very straight-forward yet personal to make sure it fit my needs. Was very pleased with my experience at Middletown cycling and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike!

Wonderful first experience! Jendy helped me select a great first mountain bike and the gear I needed. They had a much better selection than the two other shops I looked at recently. He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my beginner questions! No pressure to buy anything extra and helped me pick out the gear that fit me perfectly instead of trying to steer me towards the pricier items. I have a feeling this is only the first of many trips to Midtown Cycling!

All good here. Never a problem. Prices are sky high like across the street. Can’t wait to get my new bike tires tomorrow.

Best bike shop I have been to in Kentucky! I currently live over an hour away from Middletown Cycling, and although there are closer shops to me, I always make the drive to Middletown due to their great customer service and large selection of merchandise. I have bought two bikes and countless accessories from Ross and his staff, and they always do a fantastic job of making sure that I am well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend going to Middletown Cycling for all of your cycling needs!
