Well it was good visit to the 2nd store on Preston and Fern valley. I Told them what I wanted they went it the back room they gave Me the product right away.

I am currently at the Napa store: 3612 Fern Valley Rd Louisville, KY 40219 United States, and they tell me that they cannot give an opinion on a part that I bought online, which is a support for the rear door of the car. Just by opening it, they can see that it does not work, the door opens abruptly, claiming that they do not have technicians. In a very bad way, a worker who was at the last cash register without a uniform spoke to me without looking at me and in a bad way, the manager did the same and the other employee. I called Customer Services and he spoke to them but they did not understand.
Napa sure aren't what they used to be sorry folks. Inside customer service is terrible.
Very helpful with place and will take the time to locate parts.

Good customer service. They always have monthly specials online and are almost less busier than AutoZone which is a plus. Just wished that they could prioritize online orders a little better cause I've placed an order online before and it wouldn't be ready til a couple days later even but other than that they're great.
