Customer Reviews

Recently I've had to have several items printed quickly and have used Office Depot. It has been a very long time since I've encountered someone so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Ivy is the absolute best! The Office Depot website is sometimes hard to figure out for printing services and Ivy was so helpful in person and over the phone. I hope Office Depot realizes what an asset she is and I sure hope someone is able to share this with her. THANKS IVY!!!!
Unlike Staples, Best Buy or Amazon, Office Depot had the exact Canon ink cartridge that I needed without making me buy a double pack including color and black, immediatly. They had it ready in 1/2 hour as promised and a smiling lady came out and passed it through my window in less than 3 minutes upon arrival. Any more, it is surprising to find that a store's web site is correct when it says a store has something in stock but this one did. Staples who? I just might be a new Office Depot customer.
Absolute worst location in the city for printing services. I typically go to the other store, located in the Springhurst shopping plaza, but I was in the area and needed something quick before I traveled in the morning. Could not get any assistance from anyone here. They said they closed their print/business center for the day because their "print person" already left. Absolutely no customers were in the building, even the manager wouldn't help. They all told me to just come back tomorrow. Not a good way to run a business, at that point you might as well lock the doors. Thankfully though, I had enough time to go to the Springhurst store, which I should have went to from the beginning, which was my mistake. I was assisted from the beginning by both Magic and Jake over there. Both were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and completed my request within 15 minutes. This store needs to take some notes from the Springhurst store. Pen and paper. Definitely won't waste my time here again to wait for the print person to be there and will take my business to Staples or the Springhurst store going forward. TLDR - If you need print work done with OfficeDepot, go to the Springhurst store to save yourself some time.
Farah is so pushy. I don’t know how many times I had to tell her I did not want to sign up for business select before she understood the message. I understand corporate sets goals but if a customer says they’re not interested, then take that as their answer. I will NOT be coming back because of her. Another associate, maq, was just sitting on the counter on his phone. This location is so unprofessional. The only plus side was Ivy and Tyler being professional and sweet. Only reason I’d come back.
The absolute worst location and has gone steadily downhill. I attempted to return an Office Depot branded product which according to their website is returnable at anytime for any reason. They would not do it. Period. Outright refusal. Even the assistant managers refused. It's impossible to talk to anyone above that level.
Dan at Office Depot was so helpful, knowledgeable and cared about his work. It’s refreshing running into a person who has a real drive and sense of purpose. Thanks again Dan!
I traveled over 25 minutes to get here and the clerk tells me that she can’t assist me because she has other orders. So why not just close for the day? The store is open but you can’t do a 2 minute job for a walk in client. Never coming here again!
