Went to O'Reilly in Fern Creek to find a tool to open my car door as it was locked. Ask the guy behind the counter he laughed at me and said go luck.. Now I have been In Customer Sevice for 30 yrs I never laughed at a customer...I will not be back there ever again poor service. I hope they understand what it means to lose a customer everybody is important no matter what the situation is.

I recently visited the O’Reilly Auto Parts store in Fern Creek, and it was a great experience! Clay, the assistant manager, helped me with a battery test and was super friendly. Cole, the store manager, made sure I had all my questions answered. They were efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store!

They helped me with what I needed. Great service

Not only were these guys knowledgeable but extremely funny. He noticed my tesla hat and found out I was a nerd and showed me the pics of their Flux capacitor and Mr. Fusion in inventory. Funny as hell.

Made a brief phone call to inquire about a part. Extremely friendly and helpful individual answered my questions.

We went to get some coil packs for a Nissan Sentra, at the store in Fern Creek. That store did not have them, but the guy checked the other stores, and he found that the store on Preston Highway had them in stock.

We have been here couple times and every time have been a good experience. They had what we needed. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location.
