Training for train for trainer in Louisville with James west went exceptionally well. James was very engaging and kept the attention of the trainee from start to finish. The in classroom portion was very informative and I left feeling confident and knowledgeable. Thank You!

Our instructor (James West) was excellent in the program that he presented. The class lasted two full shifts (16 hours total) and I was engaged the entire time. The safety focused aspect of this class was perfect for our facility and our safety forward approach. We were in need of having our dock shelter replaced, so after receiving a couple of bids, we chose Raymond Storage Concepts. I reached out to them via their webpage at the end of the week and Corey Davis responded, thanking me for reaching out to them and scheduling a visit to take some measurements of our space. A few weeks later we had a nice new shelter in place. It was about as seamless a process as you'd like with great communication throughout. A++!
