I shop in this store all the time only once did I encounter a bad experience. Today I received exceptional help from Miranda . I placed an order that was wrong not only did she toss it out but she beyond her duties to get my order correct . Kudos to Miranda

We found 99% of what we needed on our school supply list. The prices are always good and some were amazing! Our cashier was extremely helpful and very patient. I will recommend Staples to friends and family!

This is always my go-to store but tonight I was blown away by Steven’s customer service! I came in to print off certificates for my students who graduated on Tuesday. I’ve come here for years the week before graduation to print out my classes certificates but this time they were out of the paper that I typically use. The printing center apologized and sent me on my way. Steven stopped me on my way out and asked what type of paper I was looking for, and seemed very hopeful that he could find me a solution. He walked my daughter and I (which he was very kind to) back to all the paper and explained to me the different weights as well as the best paper for certificates. I left with exactly what I needed to get my certificates taken care of in time and maybe even an upgraded to their presentation! Thank you again Steven, you’re a gem in a world where customer service standards are avalanching quickly.

Don’t let the greeting at the front door fool you. If you know what you want and can get it yourself this is a great place. Employees are lazy and will only to the minimum to collect a paycheck. They will not migrate out of their areas to help others that are covered up. Don’t ever go in the store 10 minutes before they close. You will be reminded every 2 seconds that they are closing and that you can come back tomorrow. This even applies if you have been waiting on them in the printing section for over an hour. When it’s time to close they will ask you to come back. I gave a 1 star because the store is nice and they do have options. The employees are the worst part of coming to the store. If they can scan an item and you walk out the door great, but if you need anything else go somewhere else.

This was absolutely insane. I had bought 15$ worth of paper. Had them email my receipt. Shocker it didn’t appear in there. I had made a staples account the day before when I bought it so I know for a fact that it is now under my staples rewards. Over 15$ of paper the manager WEST told me I would have to drive to the OTHER staples and maybe they could do something there. West was the least helpful person I have met and I am amazed that staples has employed him. 15$ of paper and he couldn’t help me at all. I cannot stress enough how horrible of customer satisfaction this was. Extremely disappointing. The staples chain has let me down immensely

I have come here for posters a couple times now. No one greets you and you have to wait forever for someone to come out of the print shop just so you can pick up an order.

This was the best customer service I’ve had in YEARS. Majority of the time when you walk into a store you have to search for a worker or download an app and try to read the small map they have. Not with this store! I was asked within 2 minutes of walking in if I needed help and the lady who asked me walked me all the way to the isle and product I needed. While I was in the store I was greeted with nothing but smiles and helpful workers. I will be shopping here again!
