Additional comments: filled out the TPP form with police burglary report, I paid monthly for the insurance value up to $2,000. Not one response to several requests. I’ve made 3 requests for the District Manager to contact me. Again no response. Sent an email to CEO, founder Chris Harris again no response. Scam of a Billion $ company, they will take your money and will not respond to any customer service issues. There is not even a customer service phone number, only to pay rent or rent a unit. They are more than happy to take your money and leave you with literally nothing. DO NOT rent from them. My unit was robbed. No one will return calls, emails, etc.when the police came to file a burglary report he said they do multiple reports from this location a WEEK. I paid monthly for TPP insurance and no one will contact me about the insurance money they owe me. Just throw your money away instead of spending it on a rental unit here.

I had a great experience at Store Space Storage thanks to Danielle, the store manager. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had found a 10x25 unit online at a price that was almost too good to be true only $85.00—much cheaper than the $300 most facilities charge for the same size. Danielle didn’t hesitate to take extra time out of her day to personally show me the unit and walk me through everything. Her energy was so positive and reassuring, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in their work—Danielle is definitely one of those people. Highly recommend this location thanks to her!

If I could give this place 0 stars would. 0/10 I do not recommend this place. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I have been at this place since they first opened and at first it was good but now it is absolutely terrible. The doors are broken most of the time and you will have no access to your things. Which is my current situation. And they are in absolutely no rush to fix anything but will continue to take your money they do not notify you when things are broken avg you can’t access your things. They have inconsistent office hours and very hard to reach. They also do not return phone calls and do not compensate for the poor facilities or the fact that you can’t access the facility. It’s been over a month since building 1’s door has been broken and they have no idea when it will be fixed. I got another unit in building 2 and now that door is broken so I can’t even move my things. And they stole a friend of mine’s brand new furniture that they had stored while they were supposed to given time to change units. The facility has been broken into more than once and they made no effort to protect peoples belongings. They just left the door wide open with no security. I will be finding a new storage facility as soon as possible.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! We rented based on reviews that we read and what a mistake that was. There is NEVER anyone there, nor can you ever get anyone on the phone. We have come multiple times to retrieve items and can never get in with the code we were provided! If things are broken, FIX THEM!! You’re okay with taking my money every month, but I can’t receive simple service. Please do better.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Danielle.From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. The facility was spotless, secure, and easily accessible, making it easy to load/ unload. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of storage space—you won’t be disappointed!

I truly commend Danyelle for her services to your company in spite of all she has to do she still remains calm and polite. DO NOT RENT HERE!! I would trust just leaving my things out on the street instead of putting my stuff in a unit here again. I had over $2000 worth of camera equipment stolen from my unit. I should’ve taken this as a sign because the lady in front of me before I checked out said her daughter had her TV and Play Station stolen. I will be demanding security footage and contacting the police.
