I was in the market for another refurbished apple watch, and I realized i never left a review for the one i bought for my mother some time back. the guys at this shop were real helpful. they took my order, packed it up, and shipped the watch out the same day. to this day, the watch functions as new and my mother loves it. will be purchasing my second one very soon

Had a 'disk full' problem with the video hard drive in my AirTV Anywhere (local channel DVR), and stopped in to see if these guys could access the drive and delete the files for me. Travis gave me an excellent suggestion for a way to do it myself and saved me from having to pay them to simply delete files or replace the drive altogether. Now THAT'S customer first service!! Any tech issues I might have in the future will definitely be taken to TechRestore!!

I requested a quote to replace the cracked screen on my cell phone. I was surprised that I received a call within what seemed like lress than 2 minutes. The gentleman that called me was right up front about what the cost would be for me to pay for it out of pocket. As it turned out it would be cheaper for me to go thru my insurance that I have for the phone. But after speaking to Jeff at tech Resore. He didn't try to sell me on having them to do the repair. I know that if any repairs do come up or even any purchases that I need to make. This business will be my first stop for sure. I could tell right off the bat that they are definitely honest people. That kind of confidence in a business is hard to find now days.

So first of all, i would like to say after what I experienced over there I do not have confidence ever going back there or any other affiliated branch they may have for anything. I feel very ripped off and disappointed in the work they did for my Gaming Laptop, ESPECIALLY STILL CHARGING ME, FOR MESSING THINGS UP IN MY LAPTOP! Now I must say they did agree to try fix whatever they wrecked inside but this was not an immediate action. Before they made it seem as if the LED lights were already off and it just would not come back on until I kept insisting that i have been opening the laptop for 1 year 9 months and always careful with the LED controller and ribbons, so there is no way it would suddenly go off when you guys touch it. I had to pay $135 for them to work on my Laptop and $50 more for them to put my laptop on their bench first(hot bench). The main reason I came there is because i needed thermal paste repasted on my cpu and gpu and I did not have the tools to this since i traveled to Kentucky for work. I have used this laptop for 1 year 9 months and was already ready too sell it as is with everything intact. But to my dismay "Tech restore" did the following. 1.Messed up the LED bottom lights that made the Gaming laptop really stand out. 2. Damaged some part of the left fan in the process of taking off the heat sync and casings. I feel very upset about this because I was already thinking about selling this laptop off with the LED and everything it could still do for at least $900 to a buyer who wanted it back in Georgia and this happens. I have pictures of some parts of the LED ribbons ripped and the fan part cracked. I always send my laptops to Micro PCS every time, and they hot bench just the same and do everything at maximum quality but since there is none in Louisville I decided to try these guys. I have learnt a big lesson! I really hope none of this reach out to me for anything because I will block the number! This review needs to be seen!. My hard earned cash gone to the drain with more problems to even deal with!.

I felt more like a valued client rather than just a customer, and they had the exact part I needed for my Mac Mini IN HOUSE! No need for shipping or handling! Took a gaming pc in to be repaired, they installed a new processor and cooler. Gave parts back and I returned them. PC had same issue. Took it back and they replaced the graphics card. They lost the AMD RX 7900 XTX that was still under warranty. Lost almost a thousand dollars and they said it wasn't a big deal because it was only a $300 card. Pc still didn't work and I asked for a refund. They wouldn't do a refund and replaced the motherboard anyways. PC still has issues. Do not take a high end gaming PC here. Edit: definitely happened here, not a mistake. I live an hour away and had to come back 6 times. Basically replaced the whole pc before they fixed the initial issue and apparently scrapped my graphics card.

Being a small business owner, my laptop is my #1 tool, so when mine started having some power issues I somewhat dreaded having to find a place for repairs. After seeing all the positive reviews that TechRestore has, I decided to reach out. I received a quick reply and was told to bring it on in. Being without my laptop was going to be hard, especially since I didn't know how long. I dropped it off Tuesday at 4pm and was told it shouldn't take more than a day or two. I received a call the next day at noon being informed that all issues had been resolved and that it was ready for pickup. I picked it back up on Wednesday at 4pm. I don't care what line of work you are in a 24-hour turnaround time is incredible. I dealt with PJ both days and he was extremely personable and I felt completely comfortable leaving my companies backbone in his hands. Thank you all so much for the quick, quality work and great customer service. You have made life long customers out of The Party Stage Co.
