Bought a dog house with my boyfriend and they saved the dog house at the location until we could pick it up. When we picked it up Nate helped us get it in our car and it was quite an ordeal! Thank you Nate and Tractor Supply Co for helping us pick out a dog house, storing it, and getting it in the car. It was truly appreciated and the definition of good customer service!!
We love tractor supply and especially this location! Nice and helpful staff! They always have a good variety of things you need! Prices are fair! It's a one stop shop for us and our animals! & I love their holiday section with all the decor!
Purchased a safe during a black Friday sale (11/23/22). Safe has a slight dent. I brought it up to the guy loading but didn't get much feedback as i'm sure he didn't dent it so I understand. Honestly it looks like it came that way from the factory. Still spending 600+ dollars you don't expect dents. It's minor so I didn't pursue anything further with management etc. Moral of the story is, that this is a good store and ill be back, but if purchasing anything big inspect before it's in the bed of your truck.
I have been to this location on two separate occasions to purchase trailers. Both times I was helped by a wonderful man named John. He was super helpful and kind to me. Very friendly and made the process seamless. Even in the rain last night he was in great spirit helping me hook up the trailer I bought and make sure it was road ready. It's nice to be greeted with such a positive attitude in the retail industry especially during the holidays. Thank you John for assisting me.
