Steve was great to work with! Our computer went down in a lightning strike. Needed a new one in a hurry. Steve had great thoughts on what we needed...saved us a lot after finding out our prior desktop was way over bought with capacity/add ons we didn't need. He explained everything well. Steve always takes the time to explain what needs to be done during his diagnosis, and then the actual items he has fixed. Turnaround time is quick and charging ONLY COST on parts is unheard of. But that's what he does.
