CIT Trucks - Rockford

I had a time critical load and unable to start truck. Called and spoke to Duane@Service Foreman. Had me try some quick fixes without suscess. Had it towed in. Within an hour of truck arriving at the shop, issue was being addressed by Repair Tech Adam(?). Within the next hour, the issue had been corrected without being hosed for more expensive (new starter) repairs. I was in and out and made my time sensitive delivery without noticeable delay. Duane and his shop are top notch. Done with professional attitude, efficient work, and reasonably priced. Highest of recommendations!!!!!

Best dealer experience ever! 5 stars out of 5 definitely. Friday morning the check engine light came on with derate timer at pickup, had 40 miles rolling to this dealer with level 2 of derate engine and luckily got there before it shut off. At 1 PM I received my truck back with replaced sensors, fixed recall, regeneration and testing done.

I went in for an oil change (I brought my own oil and filter) and asked how much it would cost. The guy said, "$1000, just for the labor." I had him repeat it like five times. At first I thought I was misunderstanding, but nope, that's actually their price. I was just shocked. I drove away.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Business was clean. We usually deal with Corey in the parts department, but he was out and Travis was the man!! We needed parts for a 2016 VNL 780 Volvo. Sorry but I did not take a picture of the building just the lot.

In a world where you can’t trust a lot of dealerships this one you can trust. Cit in Joliet and Rockford are solid in my book. Had a water pump going out and noticed I was by Rockford CiT. Called ahead and asked them was it something they could tackle same day and they did just that. Told me everything and was TRANSPARENT and what my total would be. Huge thanks to Nathan and Luis for answering my questions and getting me in ASAP as an owner op. This place is clutch. THANK YOU

I called to check for the separator filter on a Volvo, when I asked is that the part #X they have, the part guy didn't want to disclose the part number, saying no it's a different #-that is getting ridiculous, choose another place cause they are acting like clowns. The part guy kept saying we have both in stuck, come look at them, really? I will drive 50 miles to look at what the after market filter looks like and what is the part#, No thanks, keep it there on your shelve...
