Trek Bicycle Rockford

These guys were awesome. I had called all over town trying to find somebody to replace a front tire on my daughter’s electric scooter, and I couldn’t find anyone willing to even give me the time of day. The team here was incredibly helpful — they scheduled an appointment for a Friday, but since I was already going to be in town, I asked if I could swing by earlier just so they could take a look and see if it was something they could handle. Not only did they take a look — they actually kept it and fixed it that same day, a full day before my appointment was even scheduled. That just shows their willingness to adjust and be accommodating. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. The store is amazing, their service department knows exactly what they’re doing, and they have a great inventory. I’d highly recommend them for any of your biking or scooter needs. Just really good people who take care of their customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and quality work! I brought in my beat up bike for a much needed tune-up and returned to find a bike that was as shiny as the day I bought it. We did a pretty big overhaul for a lot of the worn out parts so I know it was a lot of work for the tech, but they were done faster than expected and I couldn't be happier. The bike has some pep to it again and shifting gears is no longer a struggle.I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Rockford and will certainly be returning next time I need a tune-up or repairs.

We always feel welcome at Trek and appreciate the time they take to answer questions about bikes, provide us with super helpful maintenance advice (we’re truly grateful for the tire changing tips!), and treat our bicycles with lots of TLC during their tuneups!

They did a really good job on my bike price was reasonable they where very personal

The laid back atmosphere, ability to decide on what I wanted vs forced down your throat. The staff willingness to take the time to explain various things and options was just overall true salespersonship (if that's even a word, but if not, it's my word now)
