Battery Joe

I came in looking for someone to repair my watch while I was at a wedding. It had just broken and I was supposed to give a few words for the reception in 30 minutes! I left it with Mr Ryder and before I could turn to leave, he activated something he called "maximum overdrive ™" and fixed the watch with his super speed. He even blessed me with the power of the god of time so I could get to the venue early and help prepare! Great service and great work! Thank you!

I went there to replace battery for key fob. The employee informed me they were out of the battery I needed and told me Walgreens a block over had some and they will replace it when I come back. Before I could ask, employee wrote down the battery size I needed. When I came back with the battery, he replaced it right away and I took out my wallet and asked how much for the service, he said, "no charge. Sorry we didn't have the battery you needed. Have a good day." This place just got a return customer. Very awesome.

Was overdue to get a new Car Battery. This was my first time in a Battery Joe. And the whole experience was convenient and easy. For sure consider me a future regular customer, especially since it’s locally owned.

I'm editing my original review because the owner reached out and took care of me. I think that's a very classy move and deserves recognition. Moving forward I will continue shopping for other things at Battery Joe.

I wonder where they get these employees do they ever train them for customer service? I walk in the guy says what can I do for you? He barely looked at me then I said how are you doing today and he says humm. And he finished he told me the price. That’s all he said until I asked for a receipt. Then he handed me a receipt and said here’s your receipt. No thank you come back, sir. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Maybe I need to do customer service training for battery Joes

Had my iphone 13 screen fixed they were fast and did a really great job and the employees are always so nice!

I needed 3 RV battery’s and they were setting around and charged me $75 to install and they were in an outside storage compartment. Not impressed with they have have signs everywhere that says free install.
