Alderwood Safe Storage

Overpriced & Over-Guarded. ​Used to store here. The cost is high for the area, but you get 24-hour access... if you can deal with the security. They were constantly on our case, making us feel unwelcome and giving us a hard time late at night, even just organizing our unit. Hard pass. Gonna be a No from me.

the worst storage I've ever been to… I was working and I went to the storage to pick up the material. An employee showed up and was the rudest person I've ever seen in my life. the worst service I've ever seen. without any respect. She never gave me the opportunity to talk to her. I do not recommend this store.

Left storage stuff here throughout the years. Seems that storage units always do good if they have good management. And I think for now management at alterwood is doing okay job. So I wouldn't be worried about giving my stuff here. My unit is a 24-hour unit which I like and there's lots of them there. There are some behind the gates that you can only access during business hours. They do get on you. If you miss a payment or a little bit late they will charge you in late fee and also auction your stuff off if you don't pay but give you plenty of chances to pay it. Not a bad choice. He also have a moving truck. Never used it but I seen it

Some units are 24/7 access and some are not. Disappointed the 24/7 access doesn't come with heat or power outlet or light or wifi access. Not even for Xfinity. The free truck rental is not really free it's reimbursed 30 through UHAUL. Then UHAUL hiked up the rate nearly twice as much so ended up not being worth it really besides for convenience. I was disappointed to realize the 24/7 access level of security wasn't within the gated area and yet cost more. We will see how long it takes to get robbed.

My experience was great and I had a great! The customer service was excellent. The storage was great no problems or issues had great deals when I first moved in and move out. 100% recommend this storage.

I was in a desperate situation when the company I took a job for in another state decided they were not going to cover any of my moving costs. I had 1 week to figure out what to do with all of my earthly possessions. I went into Alderwood Safe Storage after reading some of the online reviews of various storage facilities in the area, and honestly my own reviews from previous moves. Rachel the front office staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me, including staying open an extra 25 minutes when I walked in at 1 minute before closing. I told her I would return the next day and she helped me anyway and did not make me feel anything but truly happy about getting my needs taken care of. There were also two gentlemen staff, one was named Corey, and I can't remember the other staff, but they were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. I borrowed the truck and it was quick and I ended up paying $4.68 cents to refill the truck after I used it. This meant when they say they top off the gas, they are being honest about it. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. Thank you so much and please give Rachel a raise!

Alderwood Safe Storage is the most amazing storage company! The customer service is excellent! They text me after hours to ensure I was getting help with my storage unit they switched out locks for me for free! and they accommodate to my deliveries thank you so much for everything I'm going to get more units 🙂
