Nice, helpful staff. Easy to pull a UHaul into parking. Free on-site parking. Elevators. Most units are only accessible from inside secure building. You can only go up elevators using your security code, which only allows you to go up as high as the floor your unit is on. I really like this feature for extra security. There are some units that are accessible from outside by parking. Bathrooms on ground floor next to elevators but they've always been out of toilet paper when we used them (bring tissues in your pocket). I've had a unit here for 17 months. Clean, well lit.

Quintin at the front desk was beyond helpful, patient with my million question, and very professional. The website however is VERY misleading on prices and specials (not the workers fault). Even the math of the special is wrong on their page. Very unprofessional of the company. Also because I am handicapped and can not walk long distance, it is also frustrating that they charge more to be closer to the elevator and ground floor, (as if im being punished for not being able to walk far), I understand if it was just for convenience but in my situation it feels like it should be against ada rules.

At first it seems like a good deal but they have a lot of added fees that other places dont, such as requirements to purchase their lock and to have insurance, plus a $30 admin fee. And I wasn't able to do the paperwork online, had to call. Scheduled the pick of my key on Sunday with the rep on the phone, but get here and they are closed on Sundays...?? So lots of extra $$ and super inconvenient. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the facility is nice.

Jamie made my move-in quick and easy! I was set up with keys, shown my storage unit and had the papers signed within minutes and I was on my way! Thank you again for the quick move in process!

The facility is clean and overall is in good shape. However, accessing the unit is problematic. I have not yet been able to access the facility during access hours when the office is closed. The access hours are supposedly from 6AM to 10PM, Each time I have attempted to access the unit within these hours but outside of office hours I have found myself locked out. Also, I one time I did access the unit during office hours, my code did not allow me to access the correct floor from the elevator. It took the office staff to phone up the support and provide me access. In general, it looks like the security software system is faulty and as a result I will probably have to seek another storage facility since this facility is of little use to me if I cannot access the storage.

We had used this facility previously but switched to another that was cheaper - until they raised their fees even higher. We'll probably stay here for the foreseeable future. It's a really clean building and I really like the temperature control aspect. The office staff has been extremely friendly and efficient and helpful. Honestly, the woman who manages this location is terrific! Our previous place had you unloading outside in the elements. This building has covered unloading area. Extremely secure with individual codes and lots of cameras. Very satisfied! 4/5*
