Dave & his crew are amazing at VIA RV! Our newly purchased Minnie Winnie had NO water because of leaks, and a list of other problems. Because we needed it for temporary living, Dave made us a priority. In ONE day, his crew found & replaced or repaired nearly our whole checklist, but most of all gave us running, hot water! He even upgraded our interior lights and replaced exterior running lights, ALL within his stated estimate! His estimate for all the work done was reasonable, especially since he found a way to keep our temp living. Don’t hesitate to work with VIA RV! You won’t be disappointed.

If we could leave 7 stars out of 5, we would! We bought an older camper on the second hand market because we got a really good deal. Of course it needed a few improvements and we were in a time crunch to get back home to California. Tim and his crew got the parts and installed them quick! The customer service was extraordinary. We definitely recommend these guys if you are in need.

Dave is the best! And saved my camping trip from ruin! I had a leaky propane hose on my rPod and Dave was generous to disassemble one hose to put the nozzle on a longer hose for me and only charged me for the one part. He went above and beyond by letting me text message photos of what I was working with. And his business hours are unmatched in the area! My family will be taking all our RV repair needs here from now on

We rent a 2016 RV to Olympic National Park for a 5 days trip, first time renting a RV, the owner explained in details and gave some trips, dumping station, propane supply station etc. RV was in good condition, we didn't have any problem in the trip. RV is supper friendly for kids traveling. Another advantage from ViaRV is flexible pick-up and drop-off schedule. The entire pick-up process is smooth. I would give ViaRV positive review.

We have a RV fridge problem, at first we sent it the dealer to fix, but after three weeks we brought it back and found that the fridge was still not working. Then I called this company, who immediately sent a technician, Peter, to my house, He was experienced and well-trained, carefully examined and solved the problem in two hours. The mobile service they provided is very convenient. They are very friendly , responsive, and timely. We are really satisfied with their good quality service, and the charge was very reasonable.

I like to stay on top of repairs, and David responded back or answered every time. So far RV repairs are very good. I had oven and toilet issues.
