First come first served. Get here early overnight parking. Walked up at 530am soon as I did every other trucker that was parked followed me. Sign in sheet is inside the office. Get your paper fill it out and wait in line. It says 630am office opens, but I guess they were running late. Lady in office very nice gave her my paper work she gave me a door right away since I was the first one. Unload in 30 mins paper work in 15 mins. Lumper unless already paid. $120. Be early as the say early bird gets the worm.

This place is really busy especially in the morning. I checked in at 9 am and it was busy morning. I had to wait around 4-5 hours for the mexican truck for unloading. Lumper fees is $120 cash only. Staff is friendly and nice. They have a facility for the trailer wash as well.

In and out in very quick time, 1.5hrs. I had a delivery here and as soon as I checked in I was given a dock. $120 lumper cash only.

Probably lucky day. Since no export papers it was local delivery, so quick delivery. After 120 unloadimg lumper fee. Under 1 hour in/out.

Good place to get in and out of, there is overnight parking and ProValley Foods will take an EFS check for the lumper fee when the sign says $120 cash only. Every shipper and receivers should take lessons from this company.

Hello Unloading is very quick when you get the dock but u have to wait until the Mexican truck arrive. They take 120 lumper fee & they open at 6.30 in the morning. Trailer wash is also inside. So don’t need to worry.

This shipper is quick to unload you if you come on time per appointment however there is a lumber fee of $120 only cash so bring cash with you, another issue I see is that the dock don’t have enough space to pull up so it will be little difficult if you are a new driver like me but I did it and everything went fine. Overall Oky place not good place though
