Solar4America

We are a freight broker (Critical Brokerage Services, LLC) that coordinated and paid for the transportation of multiple shipments on behalf of Solar4America. As of today, we are owed over $70,000 for services rendered and completed between early January and February 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and text, we've received no payment or commitment to resolve the balance. The factory has reportedly been shut down, and the company’s senior staff (including Dean and their AP contact Linda) have gone dark. We've been told internally that there is no production, no access to the warehouse, and no responses from their CEO. Our carriers have been paid. Solar4America has not paid us. We are actively initiating formal legal action. We feel compelled to make this issue public. If you’re a broker, vendor, or supplier, use extreme caution when working with this company. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT do business with this company. As others have mentioned, they are fraudulent. They owe me roughly $40k. They purchased pallets from us, and never paid the bill. When they did finally pay, it was with a check that bounced.

Unfortunately, Pacific Power Logistics is having the same experience as the other reviews with Solar4America. We have $62K over 120 days past due. Dean, HK, and accounting do not respond for weeks or months. They made promises to stick to a payment plan and give us a lot of business, but they have not followed through with either. They either blame HK or accounting for being OOO as to why they cannot make payment. It has been a very disappointing experience with this company.

Worst company to deal with. They do not pay their bills at all. They have with us over $45k of outstanding invoices for transportation, which are not paid over 250 days. At any cost, stay away from them!!! They even attached a fake autopay credit card to our system, which we couldn’t charge when the time came. Dean Misajon, Amanjol, Linda… just stay away from this guys!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! UNLESS you want to be hung dry!! Steer clear of this shipper (Solar4America) they DON'T Pay their bills!! Dean Misajon (Shipping Manager) & Amanjol Khaisanai (Accounts Payables) made so many promises and painted this huge picture of how they're growing and wants to work with brokers and carriers and will sell you on how you can grow with them.. but when time comes to pay their bills, you can't get a hold of anyone and no one wants to take responsibility of paying their outstanding invoices. Beginning balance was $12,788 after chasing them around and following up with them with tons of calls & emails for 100+ days, they finally paid $4,000 dollars and now where to be found again. They still have a balance of $8,788 that is 182 days past due.. They seem not to care for collections, attorney letters, lawsuits or anything of that nature. If I could give them negative 10 Stars I would, they're a clear definition of a scam artist.. STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS!!!!

Don't do business with this company, they haven't paid us either. They wait tell they settle in court to "save money". Class action lawsuit coming your way!

Terrible company they will request services and they not pay venders and basic take them for what they can. We had an employee walk by us while onsite and tell us they won't pay you. We lost $12k.
