Sure would be nice if they didn’t park illegally out front and you were able to get around a little easier in the parking lot but of course the guys that take 45 minutes to get brake pads off the shelf for the same ones that are too lazy to walk 10 more feet to a parking space

Horrible customer service. Being an avid customer of NAPA Mckinney location by far has the worst customer service. I do not recommend this location at all. Just go to ALLEN the next closest one.

I was never helped and when I asked for parts they said they didn't have them without looking.

Excellent customer service from Bill the other day. Liqui Moly 0W-40 oil is difficult to find and I was happy it was on the website. At the store, no 0W-40 was displayed on rack. Bill was fantastic in taking the time to find the oil. It was buried in the back of the store and hidden from view. Some would have just stated we are out. Thank you to Bill for Making A Difference in my life. I needed to top off the oil in my vehicle and Bill saved the Day. Thank You Bill!

My BMW coolant light came on and I was in the area. Lo and behold, the hose was loose off my reservoir. Well, Miguel was able to assist with the proper tools and pieces that I needed. He also gave me knowledge on the part names because I am a female that knows little about cars. He was very calm and helped me get what I needed and as someone who just moved to Texas, it really helped me to stay calm and but out in tears! Needless to say, Miguel helped a lot and Napa should be proud to have him on their team. Thanks and thankful.

Location is awful and need training in customer service. Remember that the customers help keep you in business. Need to be nicer on the phone when trying to find parts.
