Went there to return the core/old battery. Asked a quick question about the new one I’ve already installed. They told me I probably chose the wrong one. Everybody always suggesting Auto Zone but Auto Zone never have most the parts I'm looking for,so I said I'll give Auto Advance a try,and glad I did...They always got what I need,a lil more expensive, but they always stocked...

Amazing, professional and great staff. Store is very clean, great lighting and merchandise is very organized. The store manager, Mr. Armstrong, who assisted me, was very knowledgeable and helpful and the staff are great also. Nice staff at this location, I would be a returning customer. Great atmosphere!

The staff here was so helpful! They were diligent in finding my warranty from another store. Once they find the warranty, they installed the new battery for me very quickly. I was back up and running within 20 minutes.

This is the only auto part store that puts parts in bags. So you are unable to return them. Once you open the bag it is yours & they will not take it back . So make sure it is the correct part that you need. A Total Rip Off
