Do NOT hire this company! When the man and the woman arrived at the storage facility where I had antique dining room set stored, I was standing outside waiting for them. As they drove by I could smell the odor of Marijuana coming from their car. They started removing the furniture from the storage unit. There was a mirror pooped up against two boxes. The guy grabbed one of the boxes and moved it before I could say anything. The mirror slid to the floor and and as a result fell out of the frame. The frame was damaged. The guy started saying it wasn't his fault, it was the fault of whoever had packed the storage unit. They were rough in their handling of the dining room set. They didn't secure the furniture properly. The furniture was only secured at the door with two bungee cords. When I said I wanted the furniture at the back of the truck secured, I was told that it was, that the cords were just out of site. I climbed up into the truck and discovered there was NO cords securing the furniture. I asked that the movers turn the China cabinet around to protect the top. I was told " no". Then, I was called a " Karen " several times by the man. The woman also joined in with the name calling. When the furniture was unloaded, the top if the China cabinet was severely damaged. This is a very unprofessional uncaring company. Save yourself some stress and find another company. This happened 10/ 5/ 25.

I cannot recommend all star moving and delivery enough! I reached out late last week and the team was quick to get me scheduled. They showed up on the scheduled time on time and ready to work. They moved very efficiently and quickly. While also ensuring that our possessions were good and safe and taken care of. They were friendly and polite And as a sidenote, they even smelt great. Really nice young men who are highly recommend to do your move. You won’t be disappointed!

These guys made my move a breeze! Promptly showed up at 9am, broke down the few things that I couldn’t, and had me moved just a couple of hours! They even put my stuff back together! Thank you so much guys. I highly recommend and will use them for any future moves.

Professionalism is my only complaint with this company. Weather conditions did play a part but just basic communication wasn’t there and at least if there’s a disconnect small compensation could be warranted but was denied. I never got to use the service so hopefully others won’t experience what I did.

Our movers were awesome! We had all intentions of moving into our new house ourself. We loaded a u-haul and got here and realized our driveway was far too steep to get the truck up. We knew we couldn't get everything up the steps ourselves. We scheduled the day before thanksgiving at 7pm and they were able to get to us the day after thanksgiving at 10am. They did an amazing job, polite, efficient and professional. 100% recommend! And 100% affordable! My 20ft full U-haul and the MASSIVE hill of steps cost $350. Book your move with them! AND TIP YOUR MOVERS!! Thanks for the amazing experience Allstar! Made our lives 1000% easier!

AllStar Moving & Delivery Service was highly recommended to me by a good friend and I see the reason why, they are timely, reliable, friendly, and FAST. JD & Cody was excellent and they work well as a team and they moved like the Energizer Bunny they kept going and going and going I was like WoW!!! They packed my storage so nice and neat that I have so much room left to put several items in there. Highly recommend! My Nashville movers took 3 hours and Allstar took 1 when I arrived. This was my third time using them and each time they have been on time, worked quickly, been friendly and scheduling is always easy and accommodating! They also have great communication. Grit and grind baby!!
