I wish I would've paid attention to these reviews because this has been a real headache. I went to buy a battery. I use my card. The transaction did go through on my end on register 11 ;however, on autozone end, they said the transaction was canceled. I called my bank, and they stated the transaction wasn't canceled and that it did go through, which is the reason why my money was gone off my card. After complaining about the issue, the manager can't remember his name, he gave me a discount on the battery. I went to another register and paid for the battery again. Everything went through. Autozone saw it on their end, and it came out my account like the first transaction. My question to Autozone was that both transaction came out to my account why they see only one going through. I would say at this time it was about 4 different managers at the cash register. A Black manager stated that the money from the first transaction will come back on my card at midnight and if it dont come back at midnight, come back to Autozone for a refund. I was like, OK. They told me to speak to someone named ion/ian and they would inform him of my issue so I can get a refund. The next day, I came back to see ion/ian, but his on lunch break around 11 am. The manager on this day said he doesn't know anything about my issue,so there's no communication going on, which is odd coming from management. The manager on this day tries to call ion/ian. As this manager trying to call ion/ian on his break, another manager noticed me from yesterday. The manager from yesterday said they can't give me a refund, I need to dispute it with my bank. Im thinking to myself, why did the black manager tell me that lie about, " it will come back on your card at midnight and if it doesn't come back for a refund." I thought to myself not only do management dont communicate with eachother but they tell lies as well on top of scamming people out of money. I left out the store and called my bank. This store is taking people money and then not giving it back. Also, be warned,I wasn't the first person who had this issue. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are taking your hard earn money and not giving it back. It's no communication from managers to the next manager about the issues going on. This experience has been a waste of gas,money, and time. Some of the associates are hard, honest working people, but it's not enough for me to give this place nothing higher than a 1. I wish I would've went somewhere else but lesson learned to pay more attention to reviews.

Never going back to this location. My headlight on my jeep went out this past weekend and I went here to try to buy a replacement because sometimes they’ll help you replace it. I didn’t get his name but whoever helped me lied and told me the only lightbulb I could buy was $140! I asked him if he could help replace it and he told me no because it would be complicated on my car. He told me he needed to finish helping some guy and he would finish with me. After he rang the guy up he completely ignored me so I walked out the store. Instead I went to an Oreilly location and the guy was so nice and sold me exactly what I needed for about $30, way less than what the guy from autozone told me. Also I looked up a video to replace it and it was super easy and not what the guy said. Looking at the other reviews it makes sense. Don’t go to this location!

The assistant manager who drives a black truck went above and beyond to help me out after I bought a wiper from another AutoZone that flew off he showed empathy and helped me out
Due to the fact that they kind of acknowledge you when you walk in the door but it's really they're not paying attention to you they're just screaming something out and then you know once you're in line well for that not usually anyone ask you what you're looking for and if they do they dare not take you to it also when did AutoZone stop taking returns from other stores even when you have a receipt and it's within 30 days it was actually within a week
Great customer service from mr giovanni really stuck it out with me!
