Batteries Plus on Mt. Moriah, Memphis, TN location is my go-to for anything battery related. I was greeted by Caleb, who assisted me with my key fob. Caleb was very helpful, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. I was in and out within a few minutes. I was so glad I got the lifetime warranty for my key fob. Everyone I have encountered at this location is very helpful and knowledgeable. Check out this location for all your battery needs. Thanks Caleb.
Brought a expensive watch to get a battery replaced and I don't think the person knew what he was doing. It took longer than usual and when I did get my watch the back was scratched . I questioned him about it and he said it was like that when I bought it in and I knew it wasn't. I will go somewhere else next time.
I called to check when a battery would be in stock. The man who answered the phone today is unhinged, like extremely disrespectful. I called to check to see if that store carried the battery I was looking for and if it wasn’t in stock when it might be. I never got an answer, but I did get yelled at several times and put on hold until I hung up. I ended up buying a battery from autozone instead and glad it worked out the way it did. I’m not a person who swear at or disrespects people even when they act out. I stand firm and respectful. This store doesn’t seem like a safe place for women to shop at based on the way he was talking to me.
Any battery you can think of is either in stock or they can get it for. Even if it’s not available to them, they will get you to someone who has it. The service is amazing and unequaled.
Kendrick was so helpful. I ordered a key fob shell and he put my old one in it. No charge and was so sweet and helpful about it. I’ll be back for sure.
I take the time and effort to collect all the worn out NiCd and NiMh batteries I have to take them to Batteries Plus to recycle. Turns out, I have to PAY by the pound to do the right thing! Didn't do it. I'll research some other way - for free.
