Incredible experience! Cam is the best retail manager I have ever dealt with in my life. I had a problem with a TV. Cam bent over backwards to make things right. All of the team members were very helpful and super nice. If you are reading this, trust me, don't go anywhere else!

Name tags are great: Trey (Geek Squad) was impeccably helpful, providing solutions & the vast knowledge of options in assisting me execute my quest. He went above & beyond the call of duty on a Friday night. I had several phones that are locked & I anticipated retrieving my photos, since I didn't remember my passwords. He offered 4 solutions & had a very pleasant personality. He is motivated & has great leadership skills. I would recommend this location if the employees are as helpful as he is. Thanks, Trey! We just left Best Buy after spending over an hour there looking at iPad accessories. We had 3 different people help us at different times. All were helpful, knowledgeable, kind and knowledgeable. It was very refreshing! These days it’s hard to find people at stores to help , much less have a good attitude and have any knowledge about what they’re talking about. I will certainly come again!

I recently visited Best Buy and had an overall a great experience. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by a friendly associate who was ready to assist with any questions I had. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. I was specifically looking for a new 65in Tv, and I was impressed by the variety of options available. The sales associate who helped me was knowledgeable about the different models and offered personalized recommendations based on my needs. They even helped me compare specs and features, which made my decision much easier. Checkout was quick and smooth, and I appreciated the efficiency of the staff. I also noticed that Best Buy offers great warranties and protection plans, which gave me peace of mind about my purchase.

I’m in Memphis for business. I needed to get a new laptop. I saw multiple employees bullshitting around, not helping anyone. They looked at me and scattered. Other customers came in…. Not only did they get greeted but they got helped. I left. If I ever come back to Memphis I would not come back here.

Beware…they don’t honor their corporate published price match policy. Went in to purchase a laptop, which had a $200 lower price at B&H Photo (listed as a qualified competitor) but the team working didn’t know who B&H was and said it’s "not priced matched in Tennessee."

I had an unpleasant experience at this location. As I was looking at phones, one of the phone alarms went off when I stepped away from it. A tall employee working near the front turned it off, but then jokingly told me to "empty my pockets" as I was leaving, implying that I had stolen something. Even if said as a joke, being accused of theft is unprofessional and uncomfortable for a customer. I came in to shop, not to be treated with suspicion. I hope management addresses this so that future customers are treated with more respect.
