Big League Movers: #1 Rated Memphis Moving Company

I was present while Big League Movers moved my Aunt's Grand Piano. The crew was friendly and took excellent care as they disassembled, padded, moved and loaded the piano. We saw the visited the piano after it was reassembled in its new home at the Tennessee Shakespeare Company in Cordova. Excellent Service and reasonable price for a crew of three and full morning. The crew-Tommy, Tate, MJ, and Quinn- were all super fun and professional. I wnjoyed the music, laughter , and their playful banter as they took excellent care to wrap and carefully pack all my belongings. They worked efficiently and thoroughly to get the job done without it feeling rushed or too slow. I’d recommend this company to anyone who needs top notch moving services.

The three movers from Big League Movers, Devonn, Love, and C. Duncan, were absolutely outstanding. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled every item with genuine care. Each of them brought a great attitude, clear communication, and real teamwork to the job. They turned what could have been a long, stressful day into an organized and easy move. Every box and piece of furniture was treated as if it were their own, and their professionalism never wavered. Devonn, C. Duncan and Love represented Big League with pride, skill, and courtesy. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Highly recommended.

Update: After leaving this review someone the company uses for repairs reached out and fixed the damaged walls. It took one month, too many calls, and a negative review to get this taken care of. I do appreciate the effort to rectify the situation though. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Big League Movers was unacceptable. As a local real estate agent, I rely on professionalism during moves, especially on closing day. For a ~1,500 sq ft home, it took the crew nearly ten hours just to load the truck—boxing had already been completed. Much of this time was spent smoking and relaxing, which delayed the process past closing. Once a property transfers, the previous owners have no right to access the property and the way the contract was written, all the stuff left in the house could have been kept by my clients. They left trash (water bottles, cigarette butts) in the yard, damaged walls, and attempted to force a treadmill down the hall without disassembling it. They assured us their claims department would follow up, but after almost a month—and multiple calls from me and my clients—no one has reached out. Each time, we’re told someone will respond in 24 hours, but it never happens. This lack of accountability, carelessness, and unprofessionalism is deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend them.

This crew moved an 800 pound hot tub with ease. Woods, CJ, Love, Deangelo, Keevin did amazing work. Very professional and thorough.

I had originally given a 5-star review. We hired Big League to do a partial move so we could stage our home to sell without all the clutter. Then they completed the move at a later date delivering our items out of state. The guys/gals who did the work were nice and respectful. However the guys moving our items took half a day longer than planned. They sent 3 guys to unload 3 trucks, including 2 large safes. When I inquired I asked how many guys would be coming and was told 6. They assured me all items would be unloaded and furniture assembled in one day. Now that I am unpacking items. There are so many things broken. Our 65" TV won’t turn on, 2 original pieces of art work are ruined. (A case broken and a painting wasn’t packed properly and part of the painting peeled off.) Broken vases, tape marks on furniture that was packed but rather taped and lamps broken. I’m not done unpacking yet… We have started the claim process but it isn’t easy. We have to research the item to find the item and what the cost is to replace it. That’s not easy on original artwork. We are asked for receipts and date purchased. I don’t keep receipts for lamps miscellaneous decor like vases. So we are searching through credit card statements hoping they will be sufficient. We are actually planning our weekend around a day of research so the cost is more than our items, it’s an entire day dedicated to the claims process when we need to be getting our home put together.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Collin & Leo were there right on time! They gave us an 8-10 arrival and they showed up at 8:30am. They were very professional, dressed nice, polite, and easy to work with! I had a few extra boxes I asked them to load up with the furniture, and they had no issue adding this in to their to do list. Everything was delicately wrapped and taped appropriately for the transport. They took good care with our furniture. One chest of drawers is a family antique, and it made it through the move with no issues. They made sure to ask where everything went when delivering and unloading our furniture. They started at 8:30am, loaded, transported, unloaded and set up, and were gone before noon!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about these guys. I will use this company again and ask for this exact team! If I could, I would give them 1,000,000 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
