Broad Ave Self Storage

First off, I was greeted by the pleasant property manager, Brittany Brimage. She was courteous and very knowledgeable of the units and what I needed by the description I gave her of what was needing to be moved. The units are clean and secure as is the property with no pests, and trash. I am thoroughly pleased!!!

Staff couldn't be nicer. The facility is clean and on ONE LEVEL the size of a football field. Aisles are spacious and color coded so you always know where you are as long as you know the color of your storage unit. Lot is secured, as is building, requiring codes to get in and out which made me feel more secure while I was there. Also, the carts are much longer than the ones at my previous two storage facilities which allowed me to cut my move-in chores almost in half. The Lobby area is well appointed, and they have a Keurig with lots of tea and coffee selections. Did I mention the staff couldn't be nicer?

This is hands down the best experience I have had with storage facility (and I have had several). I was able to move in within an hour of renting. The facility is centrally located in a safe neighborhood just north of Sam Cooper and east of Collins. It is IMMACULATE and they take the security of both property and tenants very seriously. The building AND the grounds are secured entry so no one enters or leaves without a security code and everything is on camera. This is the first time I have not had to deal with insects or rodents with a storage unit, what a relief! In the event that I need to rent a storage unit again I will return here, even if I am living in a different part of the city. Thank you Broad Avenue for helping me during a difficult time and doing it with friendliness and professionalism.

This is a very clean , climate controlled storage facility. I went there with a friend and was so impressed that I rented a unit and didn't use it . The manager helped me get a refund for the month that had already ready been deducted from my card . When I need a unit again, I know where to go.

This Storage is one of the best by far . It’s clean good lighting and very secure . I like you need a code to get in and out gate. The Property Manager Ms.Brittany is top tier , very knowledgeable and professional. She was cleaning the windows when I came lol she needs to sit down and just look pretty. She ask me to leave a review I was going to anyways because I never felt so welcome by a business. Thanks look foward to being a long term tenant.

Very helpful, she takes pride in what she does. Soon as I walkes in she was busy cleaning the restrooms. Lmao! This location is spotless, she tried to mop my unit out I said ma'am its already clean! Above and Beyond, thank you so much...
