I am a new occupant for Devon Storage. I made my reservation and rented my unit on line . I then arrived at the facility and the manager, Ms.Houston was extremely nice and very helpful and the entire transaction was very smooth.

I think her name is Leeann White. Wow what service! She was so nice I was stressed out that day and she was so kind and professional. I am renting a storage unit from y’all for sure. Now a days it is hard to get good customer service but Lee Ann was great. Thank you again for helping me and keeping me calm that day lol.

Ms Tomika was very helpful with my rental. I needed a closer storage unit because I walk with a cane. She got me in n the lower floor to assist me with getting to my storage. The staff at this location makes you feel welcome
