The security check in is so unbelievably unprofessional! They were smoking by the gate, the one check in clerk didn’t have clean clothes, shirt tucked in or a name badge on. How can you have smoke breaks with a line of trucks to check in???The guard officer smelled like cat urine and cigarette smoke. It was so nauseating having to stand by the window… They are so slow! Line of trucks and they were so leisure about it. How can you have these people being the first face you see upon arrival and have them looking like they are hung over and so smelly! The one looks like she hasn’t had a shower or washed her hair in weeks!!! How can these things not BEEN SEEN or addressed BY HIGHER UPS???? Where is management? Who allows such unprofessionalism. When you arrive for your scheduled delivery and require so many numbers and demand promptness, then are greeted with such filth it surely has to be addressed or seen by SOMEONE WHO CAN MAKE IT BETTER!!!! Long check in times, lines of trucks!! It looks like a lot of money was spent on the gates, entry and parking lot… So many directions and rules for arrivals but seems it only applies to guests… not security check in employees! So gross! Now, once we were checked in and they allowed the gate to actually let me drive the truck through without closing ….grrr, the rest of my delivery went really smooth! Quick to get a dock door… however it would have been nice to see dock lights working when getting unloaded and the mess cleaned up.

First check in at the gate in a security office. I asked security to stay overnight onsite and they allowed me. In the morning security knocked in the door, gave me papers and told that I can checked-in in the Receiving Office (near door 81). Receiving Office gave me the door immediately and in 2 hours I was unloaded. No toilet.

I like delivering here, workers and security are really polite and inform you about everything, overnight parking is allowed on facility if you arrive trough the night, appointment time is appointment time but don’t worry if it’s not crowded maybe a bit earlier. I would like to see more companies in the all USA like this one, thank you guys because you really respect truckers!

APP: 7AM / Check in: 6:20AM / Out: 9AM Overnight parking available at side of street. Go walking to guard shack to check in. Wait for the call with assignment door. When at door wait for the call to get the paperwork at office. Friendly crew and fast unloading process. Enough room for maneuvers.

Girl from the check in gate had too negative energy. Before then you arrive, make sure that you have PO number. Slow loading, loading waiting 1-2 hours follow appt

I had an appointment on 08/20, and I had to wait until the next day to get unloaded because the customer didn't send the confirmation number for that day. If they have any communications and how we can resolve the problems, they just let you wait. No phone numbers for receiving makes it very hard for us drivers.
