Extra Space Storage

I had the BEST experience!!!!! WILLIAM was incredibly professional and kind to me!!!! He could tell I was clueless about using storage! And he showed me to my unit and helped me feel at ease about leaving my belongings here! I went online and chose Extra Space Storage and found this company to be least expensive and closest to home and am so glad I chose this one too since I had an unexpected remarkable experience with William being so patient with me! Lol he probably laughed when I finally left! I got there right at 6PM and he was kind enough to clock out and meet me at my vehicle and help me with a very bulky item and show me how the storage lock works! I was also very impressed with the grounds and the buildings being so clean! I am forever grateful for William!!!! And I'm happy and relieved to have a storage unit here!!

William was great! He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The prices are also very affordable here!

I thought the ESS location at 1075 Madison was air conditioned and clean like the one at another location I've used, but it is not! This makes a huge difference in Memphis,TN in August. I practically melted putting my things in the storage unit, which has holes in the walls and gaps between the floor and the wall which allows for spiders, I encountered a hugh one, to get in. There's no telling what else can get in there. asked Willia,, the manager on duty, to spay inside the unit, and he did. I sealed all openings to my boxes, so I'm hoping none of my belongings got sprayed. Overall, the best thing about my experience was the assistance I got from William. He was kind, helpful, and friendly.

This Extra Space Storage is phenomenal. William makes your storing experience easy, smooth, and simple. I have been with this facility for over a year and enjoy the convenience of paying online, by phone or in store. Any questions or concerns I have William is always available to assist and answer. I love knowing that he will tell me all of my options and I appreciate his reminder calls about my payment being due. This is one of the best storage buildings in the city. It’s very clean and secure. Thank you William for all you do.
