The door knob to the lock on my door was broken when I purchased my house. I Googled repair broken lock or something like that and GI Locksmith was the first thing that popped up. I had a feeling that they were the ones to go with. They came came literally a few hours after I called. They came, did some measurements and left a little while later. He called back with the parts and fixed my lock!! When I say he was amazing!!! I am so happy!! They are the best Locksmith in memphis and serviced our doors here. They are antique locks that are also considered architectural locks. They made skeleton keys to my bed room door as the picture shows. My front door was missing the thumb turn piece and they found one and installed it for us on our old locks. Thank you for also rekeying our storm doors as well. They do rekeying services for homes. Definitely will keep their number.

I had placed a disk padlock on my shed after a breakin. Unfortunately I lost the key to said padlock and after 4-5 hours of frustration, attempting to remove it … I broke down and called G.I. Locksmiths. On a Sunday morning, Jabril arrived within 20 minutes. He was very professional, skilled and incredibly kind. Within 30 minutes, he had the lock off without cutting it. I was so relieved and grateful. A little expensive, but IMO well worth it!!! I highly recommend you call G.I. Locksmith!!!

We called gi locksmith because we are in east memphis and we needed our storm door looked at. We needed a repair on our sagging door hinges. The door was sagging and it was hard to push open. Jabril with gi locksmith came and repaired this for us. He also made sure the marks lock was staying in alignment for the strike. He also rekeyed our locks to match our existing keys. Did a great replacing my Schlage Encode lock! This local, trustworthy, thoughtful and veteran owned company is a great business that serves Memphians and other customers very well. I was locked out and my lock required a replacement and GI Locksmith had it replaced in under 2 hours. Thank you all so much!

GI Locksmith did a fabulous job of rekeying the locks of my new house in Memphis. He even did a full lock hardware changeout for my upstairs exterior door. Extremely fast service and top quality work!! Would recommend!

Highly recommend Jabril! We reached out on Friday afternoon…. He was able to come over Saturday and fix our antique lock on the front door and assist on the antique hardware on our patio doors as well. When we tried to use the new keys, the locking mechanism on the inside of the door frame started acting up again so I texted him and he did not hesitate to come back out the next morning. Now it works perfectly and he took the time to explain how to use this beautiful yet complicated antique hardware. While he was there, I had him take a look at a beautiful antique secretary desk that had 3 locks, yet no keys. He was able to open all three locks and provide me with working skeleton keys. Highly recommend!!!

I’d like to start by saying Gebrile was very courteous and friendly. We were in town for a construction project and the key to one of our utility truck tool boxes broke and trust me we were very frustrated. When I called this locksmith he did not hesitate to accommodate to our needs and was there in a very short period of time to take care of the matter.
