The guy could've worked with me a little better about my card transaction. That's money they missed. Oh well...

The sign says they close at 5:30pm but that's a lie they close at 5pm really that's what they don't tell the customer then I called and they picked up the phone and hung it right up so you really can't go by the website or the signs on the gate

Every time I go in there the people work there always treat me nice

The manager Jerry Morris was very rude, unprofessional and did not give a good experience. I came in and purchased a product and was off an inch for the measurement, the policy is No returns but exchanges only.., the manager was there the night before and saw me purchase.when I came back the next morning he argued with me that I wasn’t in the store and that he was going to re charge me… he was mocking my questions and never assisted me ! Very UNPROFESSIONAL to be a manager.

Great place to find specific hardware, you can't find nowhere else

Terrible customer service went hear November 26th at approximately 3:30 p.m. looking for storm door locks the older white man at the register was so rude and talked with a very bad attitude I asked one of the workers something and he act like he did not want to help me I was looking for storm door locks everybody's attitude was so bad in there I told them don't worry about it I will take my money elsewhere I will never ever come to this place again horrible customer service

Great quick stop neighborhood hardware store. The employees are helpful and very knowledgeable of hardware needs and repair.
